First class service from start to finish, Mike was informative, polite and friendly put me at ease from the get go … the work was carried out perfectly, the lads were great and made sharp work of the job …made a massive difference to have more storage!!!!
Was uneasy at first when looking at other reviews but most bad reviews aren’t actually about the workmanship or any jobs so not a true reflection in my opinion!!!!! I would definitely recommend this company

The customer service was top class from start to finish and thoroughly professional. Following the home visit a price was agreed which fell within my budget and the company were able to complete the full installation of a new enlarged hatch, ladders, fully boarded loft and shelving in the eves. A brilliant job and a company that I would definitely recommend.

I would like to say a big thanks to both the gentleman that came out, explained everything and provided a realistic quote and the gentleman that came and done the work single handed and done a fantastic job.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I would not even give them 1 star!

Mike turned up to my house for an appointment. As I had to take my son to a hairdressing appointment and as I tried to leave my home he began to get confrontational and in-fact refused to speak with my partner who was ultimately making the decision.
Told me I had waisted his time and would be leaving as I was not going to be staying during the 1 hour he would be there.

I told him I was poorly and he had upset me to which he responded I had upset him by not staying for his visit. Again very strange as my partner was dealing with him during the time he would be giving the quote. It was in fact the worst home quote or not home quote I have ever been a part of and has put me off ever using anyone outside my home town.

Please save yourself the hassle and upset and do not use this company!!!!

PLEASE STAY WELL AWAY from this company who ever has just come to view the loft has come in shouting and balling because both myself and my partner where not in at the same time, only one of us which did not impact himself in any way for his viewing. He’s then shouting in the streets saying his time has been wasted even though my partner was there to ask and answer any questions. This man is horrible and was pressuring us into knowing there and then before he’d even looked at the loft if we wanted it installed, he has a horrible attitude and a horrible way of speaking with customers.

Easy appointment with Mike who came out and went through everything, no pressured sales and double checked every point .
Martin came down two weeks later , cleared my loft out of the previous owners rubbish and did a great job boarding it out , replacing the hatch and a light as advertised on Facebook. Happy with it from start to finish

I been looking to get my loft sorted, I seen Eco Frog on my Facebook. They had an offer on, so much for under 1 grand, so I message them and wrote on their page, I mis-understood the offer and instead of just correcting me they decided to be rude, I was completely surprised as I wasn't rude I had just misunderstood.

I got the inbox to prove just how rude of a company they're.

((Me)) is the actual price under 1k for instalation? board? hatch and ladder?

((Them)) For a fixed 12m2 of floor board, an aluminium ladder and light yes it is

((Them)) Our advert doesn’t say hatch so why would you think that was included? That would be extra obviously along with any insulation required.

I didn't understand why they felt the need to be rude to what would of been a potential costumer. Shame as I was ready to call them and get some work of them.

Poorest workmanship we have ever come across for loft hatch and ladder installation.
Loft had big areas where insulation missed and not installed.
I think this company regularly change name when they get the inevitable poor reviews online. Beware!

STAY CLEAR!! Had loft insulation installed in my bungalow and presumed it had been professionally done. Later when tradesmen was up loft he showed me photos of only partial installation being done, nothing above bathrooms or end living area and all of their rubbish left all over loft. When I rang for them to remedy it they didn’t want to know saying it was now a different company. ABSOLUTE COWBOYS! My partner has dementia - - they saw vulnerability not being able to check work. I was even thinking of putting home on market as I couldn’t work out how I could never get it warm enough and bills were (now) literally through the roof! ABSOLUTE CHARLATANS! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

We had our loft insulation topped up, loft ladder installed and part of the loft boarded. The ladder installation was very poor. The fitter didn’t fit it square so the hatch door doesn’t sit flush with the frame, didn’t pack it so there were gaps around the edge. The architrave was some of the worst joinery we have seen. The screw heads were not counter sunk and protruded from the hatch sides. The worst part was that the ladders had not been adjusted to provide a gap between the hatch door and the ladder step meaning that at the highest point of climbing this ladder you had to stand on tip toe and could not get a solid footing. This adjustment is part of standard installation as confirmed by the ladder manufacturer and should be made during installation by the installer as standard practice.
We contacted the owner Mike and he arranged for the fitters to return. This was done within a few days. Both Mike and the installers were courteous and we appreciate the quick response. The installer corrected the problems we had identified as best he could - the hatch door still does not sit flush. We asked him to remove the architrave and not to replace it as we would do better ourselves. He told me that he had fitted hundreds of these ladders and had never been ‘asked’ to adjust the ladders from the hatch by any customer before and had never made this adjustment.
We hired a company whose advertising gives the impression that they offer a professional and high quality service. To leave our installation as complete to the poor standard they did is unacceptable.
We should not have to instruct them on how to fit the hatch square or how to fit them safely. And it should not have taken a second visit to put this right.
We are left with a hatch that will require refitting to make it square and the door close correctly, architrave to fit and a hole in our ceiling to have plastered.
We paid the invoice in full, no offer to reduce this due to the above work now being required.

I saw an advert for this company on Facebook with some good reviews. I must say that from start to finish they were top class. The initial appointment was very accommodating and informative. A price was agreed well within my budget and installation was planned for 4 days later. The loft was completed and was even better than I had hoped. The installers were brilliant and I now have a fully boarded loft, enlarged hatch with drop down ladder and additional shelving in the eves. Top class company who I would definitely recommend.

Wouldn't give a quote without my husband being at home. Pressure technique so you have to commit. Avoid.

Cancelled our appointment 20 minutes before they were due to show up. Not all that professional.

Refused to give a quote to my partner as I wasn't in, also had the audacity to call my partner a liar. Very bizarre scenario. We certainly won't be using them, nor would we recommend them.

Won’t give a quote unless both husband and wife are present at time of quote, a well known sales technique to prevent you having the excuse of speaking to partner before buying, hard sales technique, deleted my comments regarding this on their Facebook page

10/10 - We enquired to have our loft insulation upgraded and topped up and the service from start to finish was excellent. Would recommend

Eco-Frog (Frog Property Services Ltd) provided a fantastic response to our urgent request for insulation to be fitted to our late parents' empty property to make it ready for guests under the government's Homes for Ukraine scheme. Mike surveyed and quoted the very next day (last Thursday) and juggled jobs to fit us in this week. The work was completed yesterday to a high standard and good price with photos provided and an EPC certificate issued (which the property had never had before). We are very grateful and we are sure that our Ukrainian guests will also be very happy when they arrive, hopefully next week!
