I purchased VTCT Level 4 Eyebrows Microblading and PRP & Phlebotomy Training from Eclipse School of Beauty (eclipse-beauty. com) for a sum of £1,798.00. Feels like the money is just flushed down the drain. I cancelled VTCT Level 4 Microblading and guess what - no chance of getting the refund, although they did finally say they will refund within 14 working days, which is after the Consumer Cooling off period. Moreover I received no theoretical training from this company with regards to my other PRP & Phlebotomy training which is so unusual in this industry ! The company doesn't pick up phone calls and doesn't respond to emails so I requested a full refund for both trainings. I reported them to both Trading Standards and raised a bank dispute. Apparently the owner of the company is a nurse, I searched her on the Companies House and she already closed one Eden Aesthetic Academy. I will to take it to court if I have to - thanks to the professional team nothing to loose on this case.
