I just wish I’d read this before ordering😫
I ordered 2 cute bunnies in boxes for my granddaughters from these people but what I received was nothing like the photo in the advert and they cost nearly £20🤦‍♀️
The customer service is useless offering me £3 compensation🤬! I am fuming and want to warn anyone reading this to avoid this company like the plague🤬🤬🤬

I bought this bear for £17 for chewers,after 10 minutes she pulled out the stuffing Immediately reported with photos and they want to give me £2 for in convenience. DISGUSTING

I ordered two items from this company and unfortunately both were very poorly manufactured and did not fit as described. The quality was far below what I expected and the items were clearly not fit for purpose.

I promptly requested a full refund and provided evidence to support my claim. Since then, communication has gone back and forth with no resolution. Despite multiple emails and supplying the requested information several times, the issue remains unresolved.

The lack of accountability and the way my complaint has been handled has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing from this company.

Very disappointing experience.

Personally I think they should be closed down and not allowed to advertise anywhere
Trading Standards and HMRC Customs and Excise must be monitoring these unscrupulous companies
They are taking money under false promises and blatantly lying that the goods are in transit/order has been delivered yes the poo bags were delivered where is the scoopers
AVOID THEM PURCHASE GOODS BUT BE ASSURED THEY WILL EITHER NOT COME OR BE ABSOLUTELY NOT SUITABLE
BIG SCAM

This is a scam company. I got sucked into buying a
De-icer for my car windscreen. I waited 6 weeks for 2 pieces of plastic to arrive that did absolutely nothing. I have no or little chance of recovering my £15 as it was bought through Klarna pay which has complicated the issue to an intolerable amount.

If I could give a minus on this review for this company I would. It took them 7 weeks to deliver a, frankly, shoddy, product which I had ordered as a Christmas present, completely missing the celebration and arriving in January(when ordered early November). Although they advertise a refund policy, this a complete lie as they refused my several emails requesting satisfaction. As, I believe is the case with other such companies based in the Far East, their excuse is that the product would have to go back to a base in France which would cost high postage, which I would be expected to foot. sadly cant leave zero star rating, they have took my money and not delivered the product, please do not order from this company - you will receive several emails stating in transit but will never arrive, they have ignored all emails request for a refund, now opened a dispute via my bank from other reviews it would seem they do this regularly i wish id checked b4 purchase

Ordered 3 de icer for Christmas presents 14th December 2025 and still Waiting !!

Never received my item. Give shipping info but tells you nothing only been posted. Should have been delivered before Christmas. I have been scammed again. Will I never learn. Bogus company BEWARE

False advertising. Only received one wreath when they advertise 5 and it was broken. Very poor quality. Ordered 15th November 2025 came 30th December went straight in bin. AVOID SCAMMERS

Do not under any circumstances order from this Company!! I ordered wreaths for Christmas at the beginning of November and I'm still waiting!!
I asked for a refund as item not received and told they could not refund as item is in transit. They were still in the US 6 weeks after ordering. STAY WELL AWAY. Appalling excuse of a company 😡

Received my order today it’s for Xmas so no good now and ordered 5 only one came and certainly not worth the money plus not what they advertise they are. Avoid this company at all costs

Wished I had read these reviews first - crap customer service no communication and delivery only improved by strapping the parcel to a snail. We ordered thermal gloves in which the advert intimated the gloves were water proof / water resistant material - no use at all if you stick you hand in a bucket of cold water instant cold wet hands - bloody useless

Total scammers. I ordered Christmas decorations mid november . They are still in US customs. Company tell me nothing they can do as parcel been shipped.. I can send a parcel from northern Ireland to Australia in 10 days through strict customs yet 10 weeks coming from US and nothing.. avoid at all costs. I just wish i had read reviews before ordering. A lesson for us all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.. 100% SCAMMERS

Ordered items mid November and still not arrived 27th December. Asked for full refund, but they are refusing and blaming courier. As I paid through PayPal, hopefully I can get my refund from them.

Shocking company scammed wife out of £40 beware don't deserve 1 star

Would prefer to give a big fat zero! Please don’t order from here total scammers. My order was placed 7 weeks ago no sign of it . Numerous emails to them fair enough they replied but with tracking numbers that don’t exist. Customer service is terrible . Avoid at all costs

Ordered beginning of November. Not arrived. Supposed to be at us customs.
Arrived at the end of December. More communication would have been helpful.
