Doing the CEHv13
I am doing the CEHv13. It is an EXTREMELY packed course, best started as early as possible when purchased. The instructors are good (but fast; expect to pause a lot), the helpdesk with tickets do help thoroughly (I think they are hold quite firmly to account themselves). The course and add-ons are expensive (extra lab time, more video access time,...), so stick to the deadlines.
...but the course is worth it. There are few resources that share this much information (the handbook is 4500pages...!!), and the Helpdesk are great to help out where they can. Afterwards, knowing that this all is foundational, one is humbly thankful to have acquired this knowledge.
