Easy to use, great fast support when I needed to make a change.

This is my first time using this service and I asked for support as could not move text. The support lady Dayana got straight back to me ad sorted it all out for me. Brilliant service and thank you

People chipped in for digital gift cards expecting instant delivery, not multi-day delays (2 business days for a Delta gift card) and extra personal information (address, cell phone number) requests after receiving a gift. If verification or waiting periods are required, that should be made much clearer before checkout when people buy you a gift. Also for some gift cards there is a commission of 5-6% (Amazon, Walmart, Visa), totally disappointing.

Written an email to a company and got a message you can expect to be contacted in 48 hours. Well, I did get that message and in less than 10 minutes Dayana not only answered me but fixed the problem.

We had some difficulty navigating the rules on how to forward the contribution to the recipient, but their support staff were very quick to assist and everything went flawless after that.

My vouchers were sent to me immediately after i had chosen them. A couple of weeks later I change my mind about the retailer I wanted the vouchers for and these were swapped for me as soon as I asked without any quibbles whatsoever. I would recommend this company, Dayana was super helpful and friendly.

I did have a little personal issue getting into the money pot a second time so contacted them and the lady Dyana was so kind, friendly and helpful sorting it out for me and giving me support and advice on how to choose and get the seperate gift cards for different places...all her emails were great and helped me soo much xxx
