I ordered a comforter set still haven’t received it yet and I contact them at all

First time ever ordering bedding and curtains from abroad and I am impressed. The design and the quality is great- silky and true to size. The curtains are perfect and exactly as described. I was worried that the package wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas but it did on 23 December. My query to Customer service requesting update of tracking was answered promptly. Really pleased with my overall experience with the company. Many thanks and Merry Christmas 🎄😊

We ordered 2 fun designs as so hard to get variety on super king bedding. Material wasn't as expected, felt a bit cheap, but we loved the design so were happy. However after only 4-5 washes the corner ripped near the zip as trying to unfasten, then next time (despite my being ever so careful) the zip completely came apart in my hand!!

Our old duvet lasted 2 years!! so definitely didn't expect this to happen so soon.

The worst part of our experience is that despite several emails to customers support and messaging via their online website no-one has bothered to even reply to my messages. I will be taking this further with citizens advice, as the duvet covers are not cheap.

Flannel blanket from e buy are beautiful, there are a lot to pick from. My grandson loved the menae ones the gamer one. They come in all sizes. They also have nice comfort's that are really cool.

Absolutely love this duvet cover! The fabric is incredibly soft and luxurious, and the design addsa beautiful touch to my bedroom. It washes well and maintains its color and texture. Highly recommend!

Comforter was not at all as expected. The only reason I gave it two stars was the color and images were good. The picture made it look nice and fluffy. It was actually paper thin, like a sheet. Would not recommend this unless you want it just for a decorative top of fill it with your own blanket stuffing. Knowing this, I feel it was not worth the money.

I ordered Spiderman curtains for my grandson and they took 3 -4 weeks to arrive. I didn't realize they were to be shipped from China They arrived half the width I needed as the curtain width stated on the website is for 2 curtains! They are poor quality and not good value for money. I asked for a refund and instead Susan Row told me I could reorder and my fault. In the UK curtain width is stated for each curtain not the total width!

It was a great purchase when redoing my granddaughters room. The ravenclaw duvet looks just like what was shown online. Thank you -

Thought they were longer but they are nice

I didn’t get the size I ordered but my 4year old son was too excited about it waited for weeks to get it so i didn’t bother returning it. It fits his window but just bearly shows the sides so I guess it will do too much hassle to send back and have to wait another few weeks to get it so not very happy with this order.

We bought Jacksonville Jaguars curtains from this company, and we are very impressed with the quality and look! They complete the sunroom/office so well. The colors are vibrant and accurate to the team colors. We will purchase from ebuycos.com in the future.

I ordered two twin size bed spreads and they sent me full size or larger! You can’t get ahold of them and they do not respond to emails.
