Ebike Exchange Arvostelua

Good communication and service, makes selling an emtb easy

Bought a bike from Alex at ebike exchange and the delivery was faultless and the bike is in great condition. Small issue with the bike on arrival but Alex was quick to resolve the issue and 24 hours later all was good. Can't recommend these guys enough, great selection of bikes and fair prices.

Fantastic hassle free service and sale from start to finish. Myself and a friend both used the ebike exchange and can’t fault them. Fair price paid for the bikes and collection and payment were prompt. Communication was great and I would definitely recommend to others. I’d happily use the company again!!

From sending a few photos of my bike to it being collected and paid for only took a few days. Great service all round!

A seamless and simple way to sell your ebike without the hastle of 'tyre kickers' or scammers. Get a quote via the online form, be honest about your bike, agree the value, arrange collection, which was fast and friendly. Bike was delivered to Alex within two days and money was paid into my bank account. No problem.

Amazing selection of bikes with expert advise

The process of selling my bike with Ebike Exchange was faultless, from start to finish. Once I received and accepted my quote I was sent a sales contract to sign electronically. Then I emailed my original bike sale receipt and Alex organised the courier immediately. The courier process with Cycle Courier Co was also very smooth. The only glitch was that the link to their website to select pick-up slots was flagged by my VPN as unsecured. This was a bit stressful, but I bypassed it because the only information I entered was my preferred delivery slots, and no contact details (they already had those). The courier was a very friendly person and took great care of the bike. They delivered the bike to the shop within 2 days and I was paid on the same day the bike was delivered. I was hoping for a slightly higher quote because the bike hadn't been used much, but the smooth, secure and fast process compensated for that!

Of all the selling sites we tried, this was the simplest, most honest and straightforward. The others were pretty hopeless all round. We didn’t get as much as we’d hoped for our bikes, but maybe we were being overoptimistic… Alex arranged collection and paid as soon as the bikes had been inspected. Thanks for making it simple, Alex.

Great experience overall. Alex provided information along the way and made sure the bike was the right fit for me. Purchase and delivery were smoothly organzied. I went out for a ride the same day the bike was delivered. Great service. Would recommend.

Excellent service flawless throughout would recommend 👌

Excellent service all the way. They were very busy, but it was easy to talk to someone who could really and directly help to speed things up a bit. Courier arrangements were exactly as described and we received the payment the day after the bike arrived with them. I would have liked a slightly better price, but I guess everyone does. It was worth it for a faultless service.

Fair price for my ebike, good courier collection service, prompt payment at the price agreed. Nothing more needed

Good communication and no issues with the sale, cash pain promptly, all round a really positive experience

Such a great experience, please don't hesitate to use the service. a+ 5* 10/10

great communication and flawless collection service

Thanks so much

Alex was friendly, professional and knowledgeable when it comes to e-bikes. Bike is fabulous bit of kit and exactly as described. I travelled two hours to purchase the bike after the video call.
Would recommend this company if you’re looking for a pre owned e-bike.
Thanks Alex.

Sold my eMTB to ebike exchange. Process was quick and stress free. Alex was great and so was the courier who picked the bike up.

Would definitely recommend.

Smooth and excellent process, highly recommend these guys to anyone selling. Money was in the account straight after the bike was received. Even the collection process was a breeze. Thanks to Alex who assisted my transaction 👍🏼
