Great communication. My bike arrived on time, as promised but the FedEx truck monkey had allowed it to slide around the back of the truck, so it was damaged. Both wheels were buckled. Ebikebuyer.com apologised, although I don't feel it was their fault, and offered me the option of getting the bike professionally repaired, which I did. They authorised the repair and refunded me quickly. I would buy from them again, although I hope they consider using a different courier service!

What a poor experience, I thought the process was great originally… I received a sensible price so went ahead and ordered the packaging. Some, 7 working days later… nothing!
Lucky I was inpatient and listed the bike on marketplace, boom… £210 extra received, collected and paid! Simple but a bit of extra effort. It all started ok, but didn’t finish how it should.

Sold my e-bike to this company - great experience from start to finish. Easy to navigate web pages, sensible price offered and smooth acceptance and courier pack process. I spoke with the team a couple of times and they were helpful and personable. Payment was made the same day as the bike was received and was for the amount agreed. Brilliant. I recently purchased a second hand electric bike from eBikeBuyer, which was an easy experience. The condition of the bike itself was exactly as described but unfortunately while the battery lights lit up, it wasn't holding a charge. My husband wanted to sell his e-bike without the hassle of advertising. After a good look around at the companies buying bikes we opted for this one purely because they sort everything out from supplying all packaging to arranging a courier pick up. What a fantastic service. You send off details of your bike online and immediately get a quote. Within a few days of accepting the quote a bike box and all materials needed for packing arrived by Royal Mail. After ringing ebikebuyer to say the bike had been packed we were emailed a courier label and a date was arranged for collection. You can track the bike all the way to its destination. The bike was signed for at 10am and we received an email at 3.30pm advising payment had been made and there it was in the bank account. Great team to deal with and always answered the phone, happy to respond to any questions. Would not hesitate to use them again.

I’ve used this company twice now , without any problems whatsoever ever , they tell you a price which I was happy with , collection and delivery was good and payment received as soon as they checked over the bike .

Recently sold them a bike. The price they offered I thought was pretty reasonable considering that they need to make money on it, and they sent me all the necessary packaging and arranged for the courier. I kept my eye on the tracking details and an hour after they had signed for it I got a call to say they had checked the bike over and were transfering me the money, which I received instantly.

I definitely have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them.

I purchased a brand new ebike in 2019 and was happily using it as a commuter bike up until lockdown when working from home full time became the norm and I rarely used it after that. In early 2021 I moved and unfortunately moved to a place where it would be difficult to carry and store the bike as ebikes can be heavy so I decide to sell. I refused to do it on eBay after having one poor experience selling an expensive camera.. (aka time-wasters).. I tried a company who did not want to buy my bike but allowed me to advertise. I advertised but nothing happened after a few weeks. I tried another bicycle specific advertising site and paid a about £9 to advertise and kept it up for about two weeks then took it down.. I had previously called around to bike shops in my area to sell but at the time I wasn't sure about dropping my asking price. Well time was going along and there was still no way for me to use my bike (I kept it stored in the storage area of my old place) and it was just starting to collect dust. I decided I would be willing to drop in price to get it into the hands of someone who could use it. I contacted this company (ebikebuyer), sent them all the details of my bike including photos and a link to my advert that was still up. Within a few days I was emailed a quote and I had the option to accept it or not. I decided to accept it as although it was about £150 less than what I would sell for myself, I didn't mind because they have to make a profit and it saved me from having to further advertise and deal with sale and sending/ collection, etc. They then booked a day that was convenient for me. They called me before they were heading to my place. I met one of the gentleman who looked at the bike, asked some questions to confirm what I said about the bike, checked my paperwork and keys and extra parts, took a test ride on it and finalised the payment there and then. They do a test run by sending you a £1 payment a few days before and then give you the rest on the day of collection before they take the bike away. And that was it. Easy peasy. So I was able to send emails, receive responses and spoke to someone on the phone more than once. I did do a follow up call initially as I sent an email instead of using their online form but I found them helpful and friendly throughout the process. No complaints here.
