My first time paddleboarding with professional and caring instructors enjoyed learning with the rest of the group, we all had great fun ,Thanks to Tony and staff.

I had a lesson tonight weather not great but the instructors and the rest of the group made up for it, if you are looking to try paddle boarding I would defiantly recommend this company very professional and friendly 😊

We had our first ever lesson and paddleboarding experience with Toni and Vince at Ebb & Flo. It was the best experience me and my partner had and has since led to us purchasing our own paddleboards and venturing out on our own.

Our lesson was excellent. We were given all the tools to be able to get ourselves safely back on our boards and back to shore without a paddle if necessary. Vince and Toni are extremely knowledgeable and safety is key. The lesson starts on the beach and you have all the guidance before you venture onto the water. Taking this lesson is the safest way to learn how to paddleboard safely. We would have had no idea how to get out of trouble had we just jumped straight on a board and took no lesson at all. We would highly recommend Ebb & Flo to all newbies to paddleboarding.

Following on from our lesson and hires from Ebb & Flo Toni and Vince are always on hand to advise you in any way. They will always cancel any hires or lessons if the weather goes downhill we keep an eye on their recommendations and are guided by their decisions. We have found a new passion and have Toni and Vince to thank through using their buisness to start us off.

This isn’t my first time and won’t be my last! Toni and Vince are not only knowledgable but passionate about the regeneration and environmental impacts to our beach. Both the paddle boarding and kayak experiences are fantastic. Throughout lessons they are sharing their knowledge, passion and experience with you. For the more experienced paddle boarder just the opportunity to take in the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets or just calm and stillness of our beautiful beach is worth every penny.

Ebb & Flo are a very friendly and safety conscious business. Every time I’ve used their services, I’ve had a good experience. Even if sessions are cancelled due to weather conditions, they communicate this and automatically refund your purchase.
