Too Sweet Tasting
I liked the high protein and fibre content, but couldn't get past the taste. The artificial sweeteners make it soooo sweet. There is also an unpleasant lingering aftertaste.

Bought my pre-diabetic prognosis under control
I tried a trial of boxes without commitment to make sure I liked it first. I was told I was pre-diabetic about 3-4 months ago and I realised I needed to get it under control. I then purchased a blood sugar monitor to check my readings ever few days. Over a period of 8 weeks my levels dropped from 9.2 to 6.8. Surreal has clearly been part of my journey, although I have cut out cake and biscuits as well! I am so chuffed I’ve ordered another 8 boxes on subscription to get my free bowl! Thank you for getting me motivated enough to tackle my problem without feeling hard by. Still getting a sweet taste in the mornings and even eating dry for the occasional snack!

My daughter only loves 3 flavours (…
My daughter only loves 3 flavours ( Peanut butter, Banana and salted caramel). Which is a shame because you have so many. I'm frightened to try a new one just in case she doesn't like it! She did like strawberry milkshake but you don't sell it any more. Will it be coming back at all? Anyway I'm glad she's eating much healthier now and her breakfasts is just part of it . The quality of the product is excellent and delivery is great!!

I have the choc ones with blueberries…
I have the choc ones with blueberries and boiled orange pudding I make (boiled whole oranges, almond flour, oat milk, stevia and eggs, Baked on low heat in a Bain Marie). It's a divine combination, high in protein, low in fat and sugar. It's good for a pudding. The intense choc flavour and crunch of surreal goes really well with the soft texture of citrus creamy pudding and the burst of fresh blueberry biting through to brilliance.
(Ground chia seeds could be used instead of eggs for a plant based pudding.)
But I think lemon yogurt would be just as fabulous.

Surreal UK: an AuDHD review
This cereal company is probably the best I've ever seen. Their cereal is so ADHD coded (not sure it's intentional), but in a very good way. The cereal flavours are brilliant, and they're a good way to hit your protein goals. Plus, they're low in sugar, high fibre, and mostly vegan, so it goes to a diverse audience. Delivery was speedy, my order came a day earlier than expected, so I'm overall really pleased with how my order came out. Safe to say, I'll definitely be buying from Surreal again.

Surreal are doing the right thing
I heard about Surreal following seeing an advertisement on Instagram. I ordered a selection of high protein low sugar cereal and after eating through 5 out of 8 of the boxes already, I have found the high protein cereal to be tasteful and energetic. My favourite one was the cookies and cream but the honey is my least favourite. Overall, it is produced by people who genuinely care about your health over profit and if the majority of people want to continue to shop for major cereal brands that are high in sugar, fine! But for me, I am moving on going the right way in terms of my diet and Surreal is the way to go and the brand speaks for itself - Cereal that has REAL protein and not acids, sweeteners, additives or sugar. Thank you

Love it! I have to believe that this is how all cereal should be made, not with highly refined carbs and sugar that turn us into diabetics. Mostly I love it because I can have a “normal” breakfast that’s healthy by combining it with yogurt, or milk and/or soaked chia seeds and berries, without getting hungry again until lunchtime. It helps me keep to my health goals without even thinking about it! What a wonderful way to start the day
