I purchased followers 48 hours ago but initially received no email confirmation or chat support. It felt like the site was unmanaged. However, after posting a public comment, the company contacted me and issued a refund. They explained that their Threads service is currently down with no clear timeline for a fix. While I appreciate getting my money back, I suggest they update their website, as they cannot currently meet their promised 48-hour delivery window.
