Easy Furniture Arvostelua 

I ordered a shelving unit over a month ago - not a bespoke item that needed to be made for me, just an off-the-shelf flatpack item. The company took my money immediately but as yet the item I bought is still not delivered and I have no idea where it is.
I have had to chase them on a daily basis just to get a tracking link - which shows only that the item has never been handed to their delivery couriers. Whenever I email them, it takes them at least 24 hours to respond; they simply don't respond at all at weekends. They are now claiming that the courier 'brought the item back' and would I like it delivered 'again'? They still cannot tell me a delivery date - only estimate that it will take over a week.
I have no trust in this company at all. Their website is misleading in the extreme - I thought I was buying from a UK-based company because they have a website written in English with a .co.uk domain name, but it is fact a false front for a German/Austrian company and as soon as you place an order you have to deal with reps who speak a strange inaccurate English and are clearly based abroad. There is no UK telephone number and every email address forwards to the same German/Austrian one. Their website is plastered with claims that they are a reputable company and have loads of positive feedback but there is no way of checking this and they seem to have no social media presence at all. I cannot recommend using this company to anybody.

Recently bought bunk bed with chute attached. Items delivered and once erected there were no screws or parts to connect the chute to the bunk bed. Contacted easy furniture and realised that although it was a .co.uk web address it transpired it was somewhere in Europe and took a few emails to clarify the parts were missing and to have them sent on. I was offered a discount and to get the parts myself! Unsure how I was supposed to do that considering I had no idea where this bed was manufactured. The parts were sent out and no screws and items didn't fit together properly. As my granddaughter had been waiting nearly 6 weeks to get her chute my son manipulated the parts to fit and sourced appropriate screws. I scanned and sent through the instruction manual page and marked the parts missing. I am very disappointed in the service and would advice anyone purchasing one of these to make sure you ask the company to check thoroughly the item prior to dispatch as difficulty in having them sent on later due to language barrier. The quality of the bed is really good but quality control letting them down.
