You charged me for 11m3 of concrete when your lorry probably only delivered 9m3.

I had really bad experience with that company so I will share few thoughts.
I paid 300£ for levelling service, when they come over it turned out they have no one to do levelling, lady from the office said that my builder should supervise job? So i asked what am I paying for? Shortly after I let them use my levels to do the job and it wasn’t a good choice, two unprofessional guys did really bad levelling, I had do spend few hours to make it level as it should be, I’ve send them email but no response.
Definitely won’t recommend them.

Very miserable man turned up with the concrete pump. Spoke very little English. The concrete didnt turn up for another 41/2 hrs. Started the pour then pump packec up. Dredfull experiance. They then charged me for another 2m3 of concrete which I feel was incorrect. However they had my card details so were able to just take it. Very poor

Only issue was minimum delivery charge plus VAT

Arrived on time, knew what they were doing, great service. Would not hesitate to use again.

Office staff were great. The two guys on the line pump were unhelpful and a little bit rude. The guy on the concrete lorry was great.

Fast efficient service, delivered on time and the correct amount. Only small thing I would of like to of seen was better mixing of fibres in the screed mix.

Awful, do not use. They over poured the concrete - kept it coming even when the bases were overflowing and as a consequence, I'm left with excess concrete all over my garden and even into my neighbours garden. Plus they charged me an extra £270 saying I had more than I originally ordered and paid for upfront using my credit card without permission. AVOID

Conc ordered for 11.00 am delivered at 15.45. No phone calls advising they would be late. I phoned at 11.30 and 14.00 and advised both times conc would be there in 1 hour. Cost me 3 men from 10.30 to 15.45 doing nothing. Driver very good and helpfull, office rubbish and lies to you. Will use other companies in future

I would not give even one star. Ripp off money, they change the price when the driver arrives. DO NOT DEAL ON CASH with them. They charge you insane, different at the quotation and then different when lorry arrives.
