Spent considerable time and effort drafting plans and supporting my bathroom renovation project.

Lee helped us put together a complete refurb of our en-suite which we are very happy with, although we ran out of tiles halfway through even though Lee came out to measure up. Our fitter had to drive 5 hours round trip to the warehouse in Leeds to collect them to finish the job on time and of course our budget went up.
I do think the hefty delivery charge is a bit much when other companies deliver FOC for bulky items that you can’t just put in the back of your car.
The showroom is very good lots of ideas and clean and tidy with helpful friendly staff.

Retail shop experience good but bathroom delivered with damaged tiles that were then damaged again in transit 3 times replaced which is time consuming and a bathroom illuminating cabinet delivered damaged but no evidence on package of being struck, looks as if repackaged and sent out damaged but then refusing to replace for the 82 year old lady but told she can buy another at a discount. If you chose to have your bathroom done by them, watch out for the shark in the bath!!!!!!!

My husband has an account there and I went in for a replacement tile for our bathroom which was purchased from them.I was told they do not sell single tiles by the gentleman at the desk,a young lady then joined him and told me to look online.Their attitude was not what I expected having been in many times to pick up items for my husband.There was nobody else in there so they were not run off their feet.Very bad attitude from them both ,if that is now they treat customers and particularly account holders they do not deserve our custom.

Nothing was ever to much trouble from the team at the Bolton branch. From selecting the right products, to ordering extra and returning items our builder has miss placed and found by us after install. Really friendly team and can highly recommend. Thank you 👍

Good, friendly service. Product needed to be ordered in and a delivery date given with the promise to telephone when it arrived.
The advisor followed through with the call on the day promised.
Will definitely use again. Product was good quality, reasonably priced and has done the job.

Open box as said brushed gold then said can’t returned coz opened 😂 def wouldn’t recommend these

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the products were top quality.

All was smooth with ordering and delivery process, only issue is that £85 is a very high delivery fee. Most companies offer free delivery over a certain amount.

Had a great experience at the aintree store . Thomas was really helpful planning our bathroom with Stuart offering really good advice and Johnathon suggesting we move the sink to a new position which im really pleased with.Thankyou to the delivery guys who noticed a box of broken tiles and ordered a box for us. Big thankyou to the fitter Joshua Jones who has done such a fabulous high standard job it’s absolutely perfect we are so happy with the finished result
