Easy Bathrooms - Darlington Arvostelua 19

Michelle in the Darlington branch made everything so easy when we renovated our holiday cottage. We loved the quality of the ranges we saw and decided on a super luxury main bathroom and a high end shower room. The results are totally 5 star and our customers reviews on the property confirm that. Thank you Michelle for enabling this part of the project to go without hitch.

Large showrooms with lots on offer. Great communication before, during and after our visit. Good prices and clear communication about pricing. Easy to return items. Great service overall- will use again.

We went in just for a idea and after about 1 hour had decided on everything we needed and placed the order. We had a new walk in shower, basin, cupboard, toilet Floor and Wall tiles and metal surround for around the window.

We changed our mind on a couple of items the next day which was no bother at all.

We were seen By Michelle and nothing was to much hassle even when we popped in just to make sure all was going well with the order.

We used a recommended fitter from the store and he was excellent.

The Delivery was on time and early as we wished and the driver even helped with the offloading in to the house.

Overall it was 10/10 for everything and there was not one fault we could find

Our experience with Easy Bathrooms Darlington and Easy Bathrooms customer services has being nothing short of disappointing. Firstly
I was incorrectly quoted and was not properly advised of key information until after a deposit had been paid, creating a financial commitment based on incomplete and inaccurate information.
Following payment, Easy Bathrooms failed to order all required items, resulting in missing components that were only delivered after installation had commenced, causing delays, additional costs and leaving us with out a bathroom in the home.
Easy Bathrooms also supplied units in incorrect sizes, requiring a change to the bathroom layout, which directly increased costs. Replacement items were subsequently sent in incorrect sizes again. We informed Easy bathrooms these errors were due to incorrect dimensions stated in Easy Bathrooms’ own catalogue.
Despite these inaccuracies originating from their published specifications, Easy Bathrooms refused to accept liability, stating that they are not responsible for sizing, even when customers rely on their catalogue as the basis for purchase.
Overall, Easy Bathrooms demonstrated a failure to exercise reasonable care and skill, a lack of accountability, and poor customer service, leaving us customer to absorb the financial consequences of their mistakes. We would not recommend Easy Bathrooms based on this experience.

I emailed to tell you why and what I experienced but you didnt want to know.
Your kind gesture was give me the the delivery money back, as I had to go over to your shop to pick the tiles etc up as you where going to charge delivery again, and wouldn't of had to wait much longer than I did. I paid for a service, for it to be measured and designed by yourselves, I didnt get any measurements sent over neither for my fitter to go by, as she thought she emailed me them but she didnt, when I questioned it. It ended up costing me a lot more money then expected, as you sent the wrong toilet as well, then had to pay my fitter another week on top as all the delays. It was a very stressful experience and all use wanted was extra money everytime for your mistakes as easy bathrooms

The lorry driver who made my delivery tried very hard to unload but the forklift wouldn’t work on the gradient. It wasn’t his fault but he managed eventually after parking 100 m away on the flat.
Unfortunately, a week later, the fitter discovered that the shower tray was cracked in several places. It must’ve been knocked about in transit or in packaging & I now await a replacement.

Took time to find me an appropriate walk-in shower door. Delivery communications were great and delivered door on-time.

Mitch, Shaun and Michelle at Darlington branch could not have been more helpful. Any problems were dealt with quickly and efficiently. We have an absolutely beautiful bathroom, very high end looking. Brushed gold fittings with Dante Blanco Decor tiles and ribbed sink/WC unit. Gorgeous bath and shower cubicle. Everyone admires it. Do not hesitate to get a design done, and although probs not cheapest around defo no complaints from me. We did have an excellent plumber to fit everything for us which is critical in our view. We will be going back for our cloakroom.

Planning and choosing our bathroom was easy and Michelle took care to ensure we were happy with the planned layout.
The delivery was handled well, the crate of components just filled our garage!
The installation was straightforward; the team in regular contact to discuss details.
There were a couple of minor snags around extract fan, waste drains and a cracked bath panel which needed to be replaced. These were all resolved satisfactorily and the finished bathroom is a joy!

We visited an 'Easy Bathrooms' Showroom yesterday to look at replacement en-suite fittings etc and were dealt with by a friendly and very helpful Assistant. He advised us to bring measurements of our room and a sketch plan of the current layout the next day when another Assistant would be happy to give us an estimate for the refurbishment because unfortunately he would not be at work the next day himself. We duly attended today as advised but were unable to further our enquiry because the Assistant we were advised to see told us that we needed an appointment but as she was still speaking to us she stopped mid-sentence to take a telephone call which was on-going for a long time before we finally gave up and left. I therefore don't know what else she was going to tell us.
We will not be back as we find this an unsatisfactory way to conduct business.
So, my advice to any prospective customer is to ring and make an appointment before visiting. That way, hopefully, you will save yourself a wasted journey.
Additionally it would help if all Assistants were familiar with the Company's working procedures and if more than one Assistant could be in attendance at the Showroom.
With the best will in the world how can I give anything other than a one star rating after such an experience?

Brilliant service from start to finish at Easy Bathrooms Darlington. The showroom is lovely, but it's the staff that really make the difference, especially Michelle, the manager. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting everything just right. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend!

Darlington team were great, friendly knowledgeable and very helpful. All goods are of high quality. Made my experience very easy. I've had lots of compliments about my bathroom and I love it.

I went to the Darlington store for a look at products for a client, I was greeted by friendly staff who quickly helped me find what I needed and set up a trade account for me. I visited again a few days later and Michelle created some designs for me. She was professional and efficient making the whole process ‘Easy!’

A very satisfying experience. Michelle assisted us with our bathroom design and refurbishment in a professional and informative manner,her product knowledge was first class.

In store experience very good. Delivery of one set of tile was terrible, however, customer service were very helpful and accommodating which really helped.

All the staff at the Darlington Branch were very helpful. In particular Michelle Collett gave great advice and displayed a commitment to ensure that I achieved a very nice bathroom refurbishment

Michelle at Easy Bathrooms in Darlington has been great. Very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job in bringing our vision to life! The end result is fantastic!
