Easy Bathrooms - Clearance Centre Arvostelua 9

I ended up making four round trips (so over 4hrs travel and fuel) to the warehouse all because the display tile in the showroom was labelled incorrectly so the each time I went to collect the warehouse was indexing a different tile. Managed to sort it by going through the hard catalog to get the correct reference number. Then after taking a surplus pack back I was told you don’t refund, so that was a fifth wasted journey and another 1hr. It wasn’t a clearance tile and no one said anything about not being able to refund surplus tiles unlike topps where I’d bought some others from the same week. A lot of messing about.

Really good customer service from the Wakefield warehouse, the lads on the front desk went out of their way to fulfil our order and when I needed to return some items (incorrectly ordered by us) the customer service team were wonderful

Our experience with easy bathrooms was fantastic. The store manager Mike was very helpful accommodating throughout the process of generating (and modifying) the quote, delivery of the bathroom and even swapping out an item during the install. We are very happy with the quality of the products from there an would recommend them to anybody in a heartbeat.

The store manager (whom I am not allowed to name, starts with an M) is probably the rudest person I have ever come across. He clearly hates his job and should not be working with customers. I don’t think he knows how to be polite or smile. Unfortunately his rudest gives the place one star. The rest of the team are amazing! Happy and super helpful. So I think M should do everyone a favour and go work somewhere else.

I bought my bathroom from Easy bathrooms and love it. Many years down the line we went in for a spare part for the mixer tap and went to Ings road Wakefield and the clearance warehouse to collect it. Both locations were absolutely great, the team at the warehouse even sent me a film of how to fit it and sorted everything out. I can’t praise them highly enough.
