Easy Bathrooms - Amesbury Arvostelua 4

We have a beautiful bathroom we are very pleased with but the installation to get it was weeks of hell. But problems were there from the start of our Easy journey with orders constantly wrong, wrong colour, sizes and everything constantly having to be checked carefully and changed. We finally paid our deposit in Aug 25 with installation before xmas but it was weeks 7 before we heard anything and survey finally arranged early Oct. Following that no word for weeks then finally compliance complete and waiting for installer to give date. Then out of blue in Nov told several things didn't work in the plan and we had to go in and change plan but when they realised soil pipe and stop tap would need to be moved which didn't work we reverted to original. Again no updates from them band xmas impossible finally got a date for March some dix months after deposit. This too was ultimately missed and installation delayed due to previous job problems which screwed up all our arrangements but work finally started two days late and we thought problems over. Do not believe the video on site about installation pure fantasy by our experience. Only worked 1.5 days first week, second we ended first day with plumbers gone and found bathroom virtually flooded with water running from cistern overflow, Each day toilet was removed so no facilities but even when it was there they never asked if I needed loo. We had lots water on floor all day and just dust sheet over carpet outside bathroom which was getting wetter and dirtier each hour and going all over carpet. On Wed was told 30 year old boxing was staying !! We agreed it would be tiled with rest of boxing, phew. Wed I said see you tomorrow as going, oh were not coming tomorrow - he wasn't even gonna tell me! I complained and Installations Manager became involved, I heard them arranging another job but they told him on Thur had van trouble, on Friday he told me was coming Thur but van broke down, change of story !! Fri back on track but Installations Manager not happy with couple things and plan had to be changed again necessitating some quick decisions and new stuff, Messy no work weekend. By Mon carpet in mess and we had cistern had to manually fill. Tues new stuff arrived but were left with no cistern so very basic flush through of broken toilet which I was told be careful with. By Wed we had no water in house due to kitchen tap breaking and reliant on outside tap and toilet but no cistern. They worked very hard till 7.30 few nights and each day told be finished but it wasn't. Thur still no taps and new toilet but no working cistern I felt like crying as tomorrow Good Friday and terrified would be left all weekend in hell but thankfully they worked and it was finally finished, hurrah! He was a craftsman and it is beautiful but Easy really need to up their game on communicating with their clients, a simple email as work goes through stages would help people not feel forgotten and the installers need up improve the way they work in peoples homes, we have plaster marks on clothes and furniture and generally far too little protection for peoples interiors. The hippo bag took couple weeks to remove and stilk waiting for changed units to be collected tho we were impressed all bits and pieces plumber used in build included and Installations Manager put through small amount of compensation, but nobody told us this had been done - communications again ? I only saw yesterday when looked at my card statement. Good but needs much improvement in some areas. Oh and they don't do decorating so have been left with ceiling plastered but needing painting in my newly done bathroom!! I had videos ready but no facility to include these.

Bought an ex display bathroom. Very high quality product and very helpful staff.

Very good products and service. Richard has been excellent and was very knowledgeable. For that reason we purchased from Easy Bathrooms even though we had many options in Southampton.

Need to recognize the great customer service received from Merve and the team at Easy Bathrooms in Amesbury.
We needed some additional floor and ceiling tiles to finish off the renovation of our bathrooms and Easy Bathrooms stock holding showed that they were available. Some of them were immediately available from the stock at the warehouse. However one of our tile choices meant the tiles were distributed around various showrooms and wouldn’t be available for over two weeks.
The showroom manager at Amesbury Easy Bathrooms, Merve, went the extra mile to liaise with the team in purchasing and managed to locate sufficient to,satisfy our need and have them delivered along with the rest of the additional tiles, thus not slowing down our refurbishment project
