The showroom is lovely.

On our appointment it wasn’t how we imagined it to be. We felt like we were rushed & not given many options & when we changed our minds it felt like we were an inconvenience

We were expecting to see the design on screen as we went along as we had done for our kitchen but this was not the case & it was 3 days later before we got the quote & images.

The design was beautiful & the actual bathroom affordable. However the fitting was double what we expected & because it was so many days later we had lost interest. There was also no mention of how we could make it more manageable & a week later we have still not had any follow up from them.

In this time we have now decided against doing the bathroom & done some different home improvements with the money instead.

All in all we felt like an inconvenience & felt it was priced so high as they didn’t really want the job.

If we are spending over £16,000 on a bathroom (which is way over the average) we would have expected to be treated a little better.

I can't express how disappointed I am with this company and their customer service. I recently ordered a toilet via their Basildon branch and was told it would be delivered for me to pick up from another branch the following Wednesday. Literally received no delivery tracking info/updates. My husband decided to call them on Wednesday to find out what's happened to the order, only to find out the sales rep had accidentally set the delivery for end of the month! Meanwhile, I had work going on with my bathroom with no access to a toilet.
They told us the toilet would be delivered for pick up two days later on a Friday..again, no update. I had to call the store on Friday for them to tell me the delivery wouldn't be in until MONDAY.
They had no solution or explanation and I was promised a call back by a senior member of staff before the end of the day with an update. I had to call them TWICE more myself because nobody bothered to call me back. I now have to pay extra for my bathroom fitter to come back on Monday to fit the toilet (assuming it will arrive).
Customer service and care is so poor even when it's the fault of the company. I will not be using them again or recommending their services because they simply don't care about their customers!

We placed quite a large order for a DIY project on a bathroom and en-suite shower room. Tracy and the team at Gateshead have been very helpful and on the ball for everything including the delivery which was excellent.

From the initial design stage, at the showroom in Glasgow, to the installation, the customer service has been excellent. The installation by the team and tiler was so good and finishing amazing. Everyone was really friendly and courteous and cleared up behind themselves. The overall job was perfect. I am so pleased with my new bathroom and ensuite.

I ordered 2 vanity units and had to return the first one as larger than j thought. The staff were very helpful, f2f and on the phone. Great price, very quick delivery and love my unit.

Upon entering the Easy Bathroom showroom in Worcester I was immediately welcomed by Vicky who looked after me throughout my refit journey. The Worcester branch has an extensive showroom and provided lots of inspiration. Vicky undertook a home visit to take bathroom measurements and spent 3 hours with me creating a bespoke design. I was able to physically view my choices in the showroom before committing to the final design. Vicky's knowledge and suggestions were invaluable. The bathroom and tiles were delivered with no issues, all items are of a high quality. I am extremely pleased with the bathroom and so glad I met Vicky. Sincerely, thank you so much for all your support. I will be back as I am planning to refit my cloakroom and will likely source tiles from you when I refit my kitchen as you carry such a beautiful range.

Do NOT use this company! I am only leaving a 1 star rating because you are unable to leave 0! I had someone from the showroom visit my home in mid May they looked around the bathroom and took measurements. I ordered my parts and paid the deposit a week later and was told it would take up to 3 weeks for a surveyor to visit and up to a further 3 months for a fitter and then the job would take up to a week. Not an ideal time line but we needed to make use of their finance plan. I am still waiting for the surveyor to visit 10 WEEKS LATER!!! They have booked 2 surveyors in with us and both have failed to show and haven't even had the decency to let us know they aren't coming...we cut a holiday short to be home for their first visit! They will not respond to my emails or voice messages despite having taken a deposit from me. I CAN GUARENTEE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY.

Juggling four bathrooms requires a lot of coordination, detail, and patience, and Sam was always there with expert advice, practical suggestions, and unwavering support. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He guided us through every decision without any pressure, ensuring everything matched our vision and practical needs.

Vicky was so helpful when we went to choose our tiles and aqua board for an en suite we are having built.
We showed vicky a picture of our vision & she showed & talked us through all the options. Vicky did not push us for the most expensive options; she considered our taste.
When we placed the order, vicky told us all the extras we would need (sealant/grout etc) to ensure everything was accounted for.
Would definitely recommend!
