Produits reçu très tardivement, impossible d'avoir une personne pour donner des renseignements sur le délai de livraison, malgré le mail envoyé.

Bon service à la clientèle et détienne des produits naturels rare au Québec.

Difficile de suivre les informations du Tracker. Il dit qu'il arrive dans une semaine et il arrive le lendemain. Les termes sont pas précisés non plus. Exemple : expédié veux dire que c'est rendu dans un centre de tri etc.

Email updates were timely but phone calls after placing the order went straight to voicemail and I never heard back from them. After two days of this awkward unanswered phone calls I was about to give up and demand a refund but email updates arrived and the package was delivered a day after. So overall everything panned out fine although the order got delayed by a few days as per my anticipated time frame. If someone’s sickness or personal emergency attributed to this then it is understandable and I give them 5 stars. For the day the essential medicine was about to run out, I was able to place a rushed overnight order through Amazon and our supplies didn’t dwindle.

Shipping was free through Purolator.

I trust them since when during the peak of pandemic no one had the product I needed, they fulfilled it timely and for a repeat order issued me an instant refund when their system placed the order even when supplies were not in stock.

Overall they are reliable and the person who answers the phone is meticulous and respectful.

Easy Pharma were very helpful with all my queries. Ordering for some homeopathic medicine on their website was easy. There was a bit of delay in processing my order but once done, it reached me in two days. I am a happy customer.

It was delivered to 'deliver point' what ever that might be. I have never got the article, nor the money back, no sorrows. Be careful!
