Effectivement nous sommes en train de voir pourquoi cette demande est en anglais, nous avons les deux langues disponibles donc vous devriez recevoir le message en français.
En ce qui concerne les délais de traitements, votre commande a été prise en charge dès réception, mais le statut n'a été modifié qu'une fois que nous avons reçu votre produit de Lotus Aroma.
Nous avons eu des difficultés d'approvisionnement pour le ravintsara pendant la période de la fin d'année.

I could have driven to your store in less time than it took! Furthermore for less than you are charging me for shipping,............what a rip off! I could have ordered from another place and would have had my order by now!

As indicated earlier, we had to close our store due to the covid situation between 23rd December and January 10th.
As soon as we have returned we have expected your delivery on 14th.
Although you are living in Ottawa it doesn't change anything to the volume of orders we have received nor the sequence of handling the shipments.
Needless to see you wouldn't have to drive as we don't have a physical store.
We are really sorry to hear you never want to order from us again although we have done everything possible to handle your order as fast as possible
Maybe for future orders if you can find those products on Amazon prime you will have a different service.
