East Midlands Boilers & Renewables ltd Arvostelua

We are returning customers and have found the customer service and work to be of excellent quality. Will continue to use this business. Thank you!

Excellent work by Rich and the entire team during the process, repaired our boiler to get us over the line for the install and then carried out quality work during. We’ve recommended them whenever it’s came up and will use again for future work!

Great service from East Midlands Boilers. Team were so keen to do the perfect job and went above and beyond to do this. Smart, polite, friendly with a positive attitude. Definitely recommend.

East Midlands Boilers made a great job of installing my new boilers and heating system last year and have backed that up with it's first service, all the lads that have worked at my home have been very friendly, care about doing a good job and giving top class customer service I would highly recommend this local company to anyone.

A very efficient company
They reminded me when the boiler service was due. They arrived on time and serviced the boiler as required
Communications polite and professional

Rich and his team have been doing boiler service for me for the last two years. Flexible schedule, reasonable price, always on time and happy to explain everything.

Really good and professional service

Rich and his team installed a new boiler which had to be moved from its original site, it took 3 days and the install couldn’t have been smoother. They are a very professional team with Rich explaining what the plan was and how things were going throughout. They are friendly, communicative, punctual and thorough and we would highly recommend them.

I had my Annual ASHP Service for the 2nd time with Richard and his team and yet again I would have no hesitation in recommending East Midlands Boilers to carry out your work. Always polite, respectful and an excellent job done. Pete Wollaton, Nottingham

So glad after many years of trying to find a company that are reliable and trustworthy. East Midland Boilers have been servicing our boiler and looking after our central heating system for a number of years so when we had an emergency caused by a leaking tank they were the first ones to call. Can’t thank them enough for how quickly they fixed the problem and not forgetting Georgia in the office who helped to organise it all

Richard has been servicing our boilers at work for some time and has also done other work. He's very pleasant reliable, always gets back to you when you call and is honest with his pricing. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

East Midlands Boilers have installed a new boiler for me a couple of years ago and completed several services for me since then. Work is complete to a high standard and they are very professional. Would highly recommend.

Prompt and efficient service. Professional staff who were helpful and gave clear explanations. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Turned up on time, did exactly what they said they would and made sure everything was right inside before they left for the day Rich worked late to try to get the boiler working earlier than planned as it was so cold, Only 2 minor areas they can improve. Communication leading upto the installation could be better, sometimes left a little bit in limbo as to what was happening. After finishing the job. Left us a bit to clean up outside. Really professional people who were friendly and respectful of our house. Feel the rating would be 4.5 if I could as improvement comments were fairly minor but system only allows whole stars. Overall would definitely recommend.

As a landlord I have used Rich and co for several years now for all my gas and heating requirements, including LPG gas checks. Always prompt, excellent communication, first class work.

I own a couple of properties and I’ve used EMB for some time now for various work. Richard and Co are very professional, polite, and offer great value for money on the service they provide.
I’d recommend them to anyone.

Efficient, knowledgeable and reasonably priced

Excellent customer sevicer, professional advice, very competitive pricing and delivery in quick timescales.

I would highly recommend EMB for any routine maintenance or emergency repair works.

I'll definitely be using them from now on.

A big thanks to Dan, Rich, Reagan and Georgia.

Found this Company on Rated Tradespeople , I would definately recommend them. As soon as I advertised they got intouch and booked me in when it was convenient for me. On the day the engineer rang and asked if he could come an hour early, which was great . The engineer was very polite, took his shoes off !! and talked me through the whole service. He then explained what the next step was regarding payment, and within a short time of him leaving, I received confirmation of my boiler service and ways to pay. They also will contact next year .
Thank you would definitely recommend them.
