Uncomfortable with sensitive data request at point of winning
Seems a decent company with best of intentions but did not like they want sensitive data in the form of ID (passport or driving licence) and only ask for this once you win. This should either be requested upon purchase or not a condition of payout. I was not comfortable giving ID when I dont know how secure their servers were considering how many people I know with ID stolen and how many companies are lax in cyber security. They were understanding of this but then blocked me from their Facebook page!
Alarming how many are handing over this information without considering the security risk.
