Love this product. I purchased the Glo Trio and I find it glides on your skin. It’s very hydrating and lasts all day.,I will definitely order again.

Did not receive, they wouldn’t help me

I had one of the best customer service experiences with Lewis. He fixed an issue with my order and kept me updated throughout the process.

Customer service is nonexistent. Never responded back with my refund request. I guess I am chalking it up to a lesson learned and eating the cost. No way is this vegan. It is irritating to skin and badly burns eyes. Highly do not recommend.

I want to warn everybody to be careful regarding this company's "90 day satisfaction guarantee"! I paid $118.00 for their home facial kit and it was so dried out it was unusable! I contacted the company immediately when I discovered they had sent me an old and dried out product. They told me I could return it but I would have to pay return shipping. Why should I have to pay return shipping for their defective product that I had just received and couldn't even use??? I almost fainted when the post office told me what return shipping would be - almost $17.00!!! I had no choice but to pay it. Earth's Cure has lost this customer forever, because I will not do business with such an unethical company! Buyer Beware!

I absolutely love their products. I use the skincare and makeup, and everything exceeds my expectations. The creams are very hydrating and I get compliments on my skin (I struggle with rosacea). The makeup is beautiful and easily to apply.

I’ve always enjoyed their skincare products. They’re simple and help my skin look healthy. No fragrance is important to because my skin is sensitive.

I've been using Earths Cure for over a year now - the cleanser, day cream and night cream. I love it, and I get compliments on my complexion. I recommend Earths Cure to everyone who asks me what I use.

Their customer service is extremely unprofessional and RUDE!!! I called to try and get a return number and the guy Louis was so rude I can’t even believe that just happened ! I was asking him where to write the return number since I’d be going to the post office ( and have to pay $5 each to return) and there would be no place to write return #. He told me I was mish moshing everything and making it complicated by asking a question and to just read the email then he yelled and said “ DO YOU WANT ME TO HELP YOU OR NOT”. I cannot believe a company that stands for doing so much good has someone like that working for them !

Burns eyes. I bought Earth's cure ocean mineral illuminating cleanser 5 oz tube, and applied it to my face. It immediately burned my eyes more than anything I've ever used! I had to splash cold water in my eyes for several minutes. Will never let that product touch my face again. Awful.

Actually it should get zero stars. I returned the unopened product immediately after I read a recent review posted of burning skin and not vegan. I had to pay $8.95 out of pocket as they provide no return label either, and they also deduct 4.95 from the refund, they give you an address to send it back to that I also put my return address on it, two months, no refund. They are now four months later, asking for my tracking number!!!! really!??
I returned it because reviews said not vegan and burns skins on contact, NO THANK YOU and I want my refund. Sept 27 Just an update: they did finally refund me, but still don't recommend after the hassle of the return and refund

Says its products are vegan but they aren't. I ordered the vegan retinol product (this is the actual name of the product). The product as propolis in it which is from bees. I emailed them about this 3 times and got zero response which makes me more suspicious of them.
