Earnflight misrepresented itself as an agent of Alaska Airlines when we recently sought to make changes in our trip to Hawaii. Earnflight rebooked our tickets and told us we would be refunded the $1,000 we had initially paid to Alaska Airlines. That was in October, 2025, and the refund never materialized. Furthermore, our Bank of America/Alaska Airline credit card company was unable to restore the funds. Isn't there any way to address this type of fraud? Buyer beware of Earnflight!
They stole $5000.00 from acting like they were United Airlines customer service.
Don’t respond to Phone or email requests. Stay away, charged for a flight I did not make.
SCAM!!!!!! They made themselves look like they were connected to Avianca, and they ended up charging my card twice. When I asked for a refund, they had the nerve to tell me I needed to pay another $600. This entire situation felt completely wrong and dishonest. Based on what I went through, I strongly warn others to stay far away from this company.
Wish I knew this before I tried to book. All previous comments are TRUE. Called them, they claimed to be with Delta Airlines, took my credit info. NOTHING!!! No tickets and $15,000.00 later. Did not know these people (Earn Flights) existed until I got my card statement. I closed my accounts but they continue to try to charge an additional $1,900.00. If you call you get no answer or they hang up on you immediately. I'm in a terrible mess because of Earn Flights
I never make these kinds of comments, but I feel that what I'm writing might be helpful to anyone who reads it: this company is a complete scam. I was trying to cancel my mother's flight, but they pretended to be able to do it and took $1697 from my bank account. Please, anyone who reads this, be careful and don't give your card numbers to these people because they are scammers. Now I'm in a dispute with my bank, and I hope that justice will do its job to catch these people.
Total scam
Total fraud
People impersonating as airline agents should be tracked and prosecuted to the fullest extent of law.
This company is a scam!! Caught them impersonating American Airlines today while I was trying to change the name on a ticket (granddaughter's maiden name to married name.). Kept wanting to refund the entire ticket, and charge it again...after two credit cards being denied twice I got suspicious. I had received text messages from the credit card companies alerting me, and asking if "this was me" making the transaction. However in my email it listed the name of the company that was trying to make the transaction as "EarnFlights" instead of American I got suspicious. The Chase agent solved the problem for me!
Pretended to be Lufthansa, charged over 15,000 for flight. Total scam.
Called this company under a Southwest Airline screen titled webpage. They were able to look up my flight information with my name and reservation number. Their explained way of making changes was a little confusing in the explanation. She took card info from us, that wouldn't clear from 3 different cards. I finally told her to forget it, and she apparently cancelled my flights altogether, with me loosing the $2000 I previously paid for them. We had to cancel all of the cards given to be safe.
This company hacked the Google search for FinnAir. They seemed to have some of my flight information (or feigned they did). I was tyring to change flights for my daughter who is a study abroad student. The "agent" was very nice and agreeable. There would be a full credit of the old flight and I pay the new price which was $350 more. I provided my card info and they said they would email confirmation. I asked them to stay on the line while I found the email. They pretended there was an issue with their email and put me on hold. They came back and said I should have the confirmation. I did not, so I quickly went to my bank account and saw EARNFLIGHT instead of FinnAir. They assured me they were a FinnAir partner and not to worry. They then put me on hold again and NEVER came back. No confirmation. I googled and found this site with multiple complaints. Now I'm going through the dispute process with my bank and hoping I get my $789 dollars back (that's what they charged. Not $350). Disgusting criminals. I hope their guilty devious little minds keep them up all night every night. I'll give them credit. They fooled me and I work in IT. Jerks.
Pretended to be UNITED AIRLINES. Had all our detailed info including flight details & confirmation number, so seemed legit. BAD PEOPLE.
The "Earnflight " company is a scam travel insurance co. they connect themselves to reputable companies . donot use this company
This company falsely claimed to be United Airlines’ Bereavement Department. After my mother passed suddenly abroad, I found their ad on Google and called. They legitimately charged me for my return ticket but also added $3,500 in their fees promising a refund and even sending a fake United confirmation. They told me to wait two billing cycles—conveniently past the 60-day window to dispute charges. Thankfully, I followed up sooner and discovered the scam in time for my credit card company to reverse the charges. It’s heartbreaking that they exploit people in grief—truly despicable.
this is a fraud company. Stay away. They impersonated themselves as Royal Caribbean and charged my card twice.
This company is a scam. Their address is in Oro Valley, AZ, but they are not registered with the Arizona corporation commission. Their address is also just virtual office. The phone numbers don't work, and they promote themselves as Expedia's customer service online. They managed to fool Google search into thinking that they are actually expedia's customer service phone number, so the number you really need doesn't show up.
