First time the procedure was quite painful, has not happened before. Still a bit uncomfortable. Am sure next time will be better.

The service was very good. We was kept informed all along. The Health Practitioner was very polite and explained everything. I would use this Clinic again and recommend it.

They come to your home
They come to your home, which is awesome. Anna was very professional and good with my father. We had softened him up with olive oil for awhile before the visit. Anna was able get most of the wax out and dads hearing was better. Yay! They provide photos and pdf to keep for your records.
definitely recommend
