I can not rate E&S highly enough. I had a warranty issue an they made resolving it SO easy. The staff were always polite and very professional, when I had questions or concerns, I could call and talk to them. I really felt looked after and I was just so impressed. Special shout out to Nicky. She is exceptional! I would recommend them highly and will be shopping with them in future.

Our front loader died on Saturday so I jumped on line to research a replacement. I found what I was after at a few places but E&S were cheaper than all others offering quick delivery installation and removal of old machine for free. It was easy to order online as a first time customer and their communication via email and sms was excellent. We live rural so I was very happy to get the delivery wait text for the second business day after order was placed. We received a text with a 2hour delivery slot a day before and a call on the morning of delivery to say they would be there in 15 mins. I can’t say enough about the delivery team 5stars go to them. They were very professional polite and helpful. In no time our old machine was gone and new machine installed and tested. All packaging was also taken with them. Amazing service highly recommend

I was shopping for a new dryer as ours broke I decided on a dryer then looked for the best price online.. I decided NOT TO go for the cheapest one I saw, as I got the feeling they were sold by dodgy brothers. I picked a company that looked like it would have decent support infrastructure for sales and after sales.

I messaged E &S Customer service through their online chat. Spoke to Emily was absolutely delightful and completed changed how I viewed e&s. I have dealt with e&s before, many years ago, and viewed it as a very impersonal business back then. We bought from them back then cause they were cheap, but the staff helping us wasn't personable. Nothing went wrong back then, just not personable.

But this time, Emily helped me via the online chat, then spoke to me on the phone when I requested it. She helped me compare 2 products I was considering, didn't treat me like I was annoying or wasting her time but actually researched for me and helped me understand the difference between 2 products. I was looking at a fisher pykel dryer series 5 and series 7. Reviews showed not much difference, but she helped me understand what the actual differences were, and i changed my mind from going for a series 5, and got a series 7 instead. On top of that she helped me with price matching against a competitor and gave me a great price.

She was friendly, patient, kind, not rushed or annoyed by my questions, and deserves employee of the month.

What Emily didn't know is that I have chronic fatigue and PTSD, and find everything massively exhausting, draining and stressful. She made the world of difference to me and took the stress away from buying a new product. I hope you have an employee incentive program and a knowledge and reward her! I ordered our dryer late afternoon. The delivery driver was at our door 7.50am the next morning. Super fast turn around! Plus free delivery, and took our old dryer away. Brilliant!

Amazing service. Washing machine died. Late Sunday night I ordered a new one. E&S were 20 bucks more but included installation and taking away old one. Also they had the best site - it easily enabled me to sort machines by my needs (stackable with a reload option). Most of the other sites were hopeless!
Got a call on Monday at 9am to arrange delivery. Two blokes turned up on Tuesday - on time - and installed. Super impressive

I purchase around 20k worth of products from E&S Trading.3 of my Toilet Cisterns ?? ( gergrit sigma 8 cistern) have all got problems.
These started playing up in the first 6 months of use, the first time the service guys came and patched them up and the same issue occurred a few months later. When I called them the second time, the units were out of warranty.. (Gerberit's Website is misleading and only mentions a 15yr warranty. these have 3 years only) . These toilets weren't used for 1.5 yrs due to Reno's.
I tried explaining that this problem occurred in the first few months and that all 3 have the problem so it must be a faulty design of these units. Ive installed many toilets before without problems...
Customer service tried contacting Gerbrit who didn't want to know about it and E&S won't do anything more about it, as I purchased these from them in good faith, I feel that they have a responsibility to make sure these get fixed. But no..
So They have lost me as a customer ...
I can't deal with any businesses that DO NOT stand by their products.

I have bought a few appliances at E&S for myself and as an Interior Designer have also specified some for clients- my experience have always been exceptional.

My latest purchase was a Bosch WM on May, 11th (Thursday) which they delivered on the following Monday morning at the time they scheduled without delays and kept me informed with a live tracking link to know where the truck was on its way to my location. Additionally, friendly and courteous delivery/install gentlemen. Consistently faultless service.
