EALSS Academy Arvostelua 

EALSS is facilitating vertual plateform for easy way of learning and certification all about Lean Six Sigma. Also providing intermediate contents that's very much helpful for improving the clear understanding on the topics. I have an excellent experience while doing my certificate cources for Black belt course and minitab practice as well and enjoyed a lot.
While learning minitab, I realise its greatness in analysis of data and effective useful in construction and real-estate industries also.

Minitab is a powerful statistical software that supports Six Sigma implementation. In construction projects it can be very useful by enabling data-driven decision-making by visualization of graphical representations and comparison of analysis. Parito chart, Histogram and fishbone diagram is helping to take appropriate decisions.

For me in construction industry, it is very useful on below aspects,

1. Analyzing delays in project timelines

2. Reducing variability in material quality (e.g., concrete, steel)

3. Monitoring safety incident rates

4. Ensuring compliance with design specs and tolerances

5. It provides statistical tools to identify problems, validate improvements, and ensure sustained performance.
The session was very interactive and engaging practical solving the problems has helped us to understand the tools effective utilization and it's learnings for interpretation of the descriptive and analytical statistics will help to improve our the process towards zero defects.

The Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training was extremely helpful. I learned about the DMAIC framework, process mapping, and the importance of reducing waste and variation. This knowledge will be useful in my workplace to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and make data-driven decisions to support continuous improvement.
