Leighton Buzzard - Extremely disappointed in my pizza tonight. I ordered the tandoori chicken not expecting that it would be inedible. It was so hot I took one bite and couldn’t eat it. My partner tasted it too and he couldn’t eat it. Tried calling but it just goes to voicemail. Managed to find a WhatsApp number but they didn’t seem to care. Didn’t have an apology at all.

The menu doesn’t show any chillies next to this pizza. I expected it to be a bit spicy but not to the point I couldn’t eat it.

If photos are needed to prove the conversation I am happy to send them in or even post them on my review. But no facility for this.

Avoid at all costs.

My experience with Eagle Pizza was nothing short of disgraceful and was one of the most appalling customer service experiences I have ever encountered.

I placed an order through their app late at night, payment was taken immediately, and the order never arrived. As a result, I was left waiting for food that never came and ultimately went hungry that night. What makes this even more unacceptable is that there was no effective way of contacting the business to resolve the issue at the time. Once they had taken my money, they were effectively unreachable.

I was only able to make contact the following day, expecting at the very least an apology and some assistance. Instead, I was met with appalling customer service. The employee I spoke to was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed little interest in resolving the situation. Most astonishingly, they were unable or unwilling to provide the name or contact details of a manager so that I could formally escalate my complaint.

Businesses can make mistakes. Orders can occasionally go wrong. What separates professional businesses from poor ones is how they deal with those mistakes. Eagle Pizza failed at every stage. The order was not delivered, there was no communication, no accountability, no meaningful customer support, and apparently no proper escalation process.

Taking a customer's money, failing to deliver the order, leaving them hungry for the night, and then providing such shockingly poor customer service the next day is completely unacceptable.

This was an incredibly frustrating, disappointing, and infuriating experience. The service was unreliable, unprofessional, and utterly incompetent. I have ordered from countless restaurants and takeaways over the years, and this ranks among the worst customer experiences I have ever had.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Eagle Pizza to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

Thought I Wouks try these as never have before. Easy to order on uber eats. But then had to wait an hour to receive as they were over 30 minutes late. Called the store twice and both times and they were very rude and hung up. Pizza finally came and was stone cold with hardly any toppings on it. Will never order a pizza from here again. The staff are vile. You think they would be happy with trying to support local businesses! Do not use this company unless you like to be spoken to like a tw*t and rubbish pizza. Better off sticking to Iceland pizza!!

We placed an order around 7pm took well over an hr to arrived and they didn't bring ice cream but didn't have the manners to say they didn't have the ice-cream then when I phoned to complain they said they will take it off next bill . We said absolutely not as we won't be ordering from you again as the customer service was so appalling we should of had a apology but we just got excuses people don't use them . Not good service at all

Excellent quality and food pizza was excellent and would highly recommend them for ordering my pizza and would definitely go back reasonably priced and comfort food

Ordered 2 pizzas at 17:08, still waiting at 18:30. In the end had to cancel and go elsewhere. Staff via online chat was very rude and not even a hint of an apology.

Nobody was answering the phones at the shop despite repeated attempts, it always went straight to voicemail.
