De verzending was erg slecht.
Ik heb betaald voor levering aan huis, maar mijn pakket is op een plek ver van mijn huis afgeleverd. Er is geen enkele klanttevredenheid, dit is echt slecht. Ik zou graag zien dat Mossi met een beter transportbedrijf gaat werken; kwaliteit is erg belangrijk.

Wij vinden het erg jammer om uw review te zien na een geslaagde levering.
Wij willen graag verduidelijken dat uw bestelling op 26 april om 17:00 is geplaatst en dezelfde dag nog is overgedragen aan de bezorgdienst. Vervolgens is uw pakket al op 28 april beschikbaar gesteld bij een PostNL-punt, wat betekent dat de levering binnen 2 dagen (48 uur) heeft plaatsgevonden.
De reden dat uw pakket naar een PostNL-punt is gebracht, is omdat er waarschijnlijk niemand aanwezig was op het moment van levering. Om verdere vertraging of een retour naar de afzender te voorkomen, heeft PostNL ervoor gekozen het pakket direct naar een afhaalpunt te brengen.
Wij doen ons uiterste best om bestellingen zo snel mogelijk te verwerken en te leveren, en in dit geval is dat ook volledig gelukt binnen een zeer korte levertijd.
Mocht u nog vragen hebben, staan wij uiteraard voor u klaar.

Ne pare rău să auzim că livrarea a durat mai mult decât era de așteptat. Înțelegem că acest lucru poate fi frustrant.

If you had contacted us, we would of course have offered a solution immediately, such as sending a replacement or providing compensation if necessary.
Please note that we carefully pack all our products with protective bubble wrap, precisely because we are aware that shipping companies do not always handle parcels carefully during transport.

I bought a package of hair products for my hair transplant. I have my doubts. I feel like it only contains oil and nothing else. The vitamin pills taste like sugar. In short, I'm going to have a lab test to find out what's in the oils, vitamins, and shampoo. It'll cost me €1,000, but I'm certain it's a counterfeit.
