Very pleasant shopping experience from e-rides. I contacted support for some clarification and they were very responsive to reply to their online chat or e-mails. The products arrived within the expected timeframe via DHL and were in good condition. The website looks a bit dated but everything works.

I purchased my very first EUC from E-rides last week and their service has been nothing short of incredible. After guiding me through the wheels available, I made my choice and my EUC was delivered in two days. Yesterday I took advantage of their offer of a free startup lesson and my teacher Emily was absolutely amazing- I never thought that she would be able to get me - a complete beginner - up and riding around a car park on my own in less than an hour. It felt incredible to be up and riding. She lit the fire for me and I am already completely hooked. E-rides are a tremendous company with an after sales service that in my experience is second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Overall was ok.

I did received the wheel with the clip that holds the handle broken.

Was worried due to customs since I live in EU... I had to pay the VAT + some import duties.
Wheel still serves well
