I received an unsolicited survey text from this company.

took 30 minute to do a horrible survey and they said they have too many people and gave me one penny my poster business earns 39-40 an hour and 30-32 on average not worth the thing

Never start a survey with this company that says 10-15 mins to complete and then hooks you in with almost endless questions over and over about several companies they are pushing for info on. Never again. Avoid.

Dynata support would definitely win a gold medal if there was a chanpionship for the worst customer support. They are very infamous for sending scripted replies to all complaints and these replies are usually ridiculous. However, Jetopinions.com support, yet another offspirng of Dynata, managed to leave all other survey companies in dust..
Imagine, you create an account with Jetopinions to start collecting Jetblue miles. You sign in and your account immediately deactivates before you can even answer qualification questions for your first survey. A technical glitch, right? No! According to Jetopinions support, "Unfortunately, the accuracy and attentiveness of your account activity has been flagged, and upon review of your account, we have been forced to suspend your account."
Well, excuse me, what attentiveness and accuracy if I had this account for exactly 1 min and didn't provide a single answer to any survey questions? Why send outright scripted lies to the panelists? Why wouldn't this "support person" who called himself Rikki, even care to read what I wrote? Instead, this trigger happy person copied and pasted one of the infamous Dynata replies from their handbook. Excellent job, Dynata, excellent job, Jetopinions! Do you think you deserve any respect after this? You call yourself a "renown company" and yet you feel no shame posting ridiculous lies in your responses to the compaints. Well, I will add one more big F to your company via BBB service tomorrow, that is a promise

before any thing else i will ask dynata survey team,a simple question you allow me to finish the survey when i finish the survey you will tell me that i am disqualified,bad reputation make the company down...this will be my 1st experience that i finish survey at the end disqualified...bad 3xperience

Very clearly a scamming site. Got halfway through the first survey before realizing that they were just phishing for info to sell. Should be illegal.

Ridiculous. I do not know if the survey was legitimately from my power provider or not, but I specifically asked to not have my name or title put on any list. I tried to be a good sport and the surveyor assured me that the survey would be brief.

After about 10 minutes, I just gave up, politely as possible said "this conversation is over."

Now they're calling, obviously from offshore call centers, with random local numbers, and asking for me by name and title.

THIS KIND OF BUSINESS PRACTICE SHOULD BE ILLEGAL. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CHANGE MY MIND.

yep, they banned me from one survey site; and within a week all their others had banned me too. 'inconsistencies' well, surveys are your opinion so how can their judge inconsistencies?

They banned me for no reason and won’t let me contact them. Can anyone help me?

I’ve been using this survey company for a few years now and I’ve never come across anything like it. My account has been deactivated for no reason this is bad on dynata just stopping people doing surveys for no reason.

They will not disqualify you until after you finish the entire survey.

I'm a member of one Dynata survey site and so far it's great.
I have only traded in points for money one time though (today, a friday) so we'll see if my review will change...
but I was shocked to see that it took 8(!) minutes for me to receive the money, never ever thought that would have been possible.

Update: Second time was extremely smooth as well, it took like a minute or so to receive the money!

I use to do Dynata surveys for instagc and now I can’t because of being suspended from Dynata surveys for absolutely no reason. I emailed them 4 times and no response. Waste of time!

Twice I have been invited to be part of their survey panels and twice I have had my account suspended once I provided massive amounts of demographic, family, and personal information. I truly believe the company lures in people with promises of rewards for the sole purpose of acquiring information to be sold, then suspends accounts to avoid having to make good on promises made in the first place. These people are criminals.

Awful. Constantly spam your phone from different numbers.

Scamers, harassing calls, impossible to block. Hijacking local numbers. Rude on the phone. Absolute scumbags

They make halfway complete surveys that glitch out near the end. Feels intentional. PLEASE AVOID (unless you love wasting time.)

Lately they've been disqualifying me from surveys for inexplicable reasons. I take surveys with SurveyJunkie and whenever I get redirected to Dynata surveys, 99% of the time I get screened out after answering some of their ridiculous qualifying questions. Today they asked about my relationship with technology and what kind of devices I use. I gave what I thought was a complete, decent answer. Then I was asked about the three features I thought would make any hotel a luxury hotel. I gave an honest answer, submitted it, and suddenly was kicked out of the survey, with SurveyJunkie telling me I don't qualify. For what it's worth, I was asked the hotel/luxury hotel question before and gave a similar answer, after which I was disqualified, so I'm guessing that is the question that kicks me out. I honestly wish I knew the type of answer they were looking for. They didn't even ask me any demographic questions, it was just these two short answer ones. Ridiculous. From now on if I ever get redirected to a Dynata survey I'll run, not walk, away.
UPDATE: And it now seems I must do the same with SSI Surveys, since they appear to be partnered with Dynata. I just tried to answer qualification questions for a survey from SSI Surveys. I was asked two questions: what three things do I do to maintain my health; and what is my favorite meal and what are its ingredients. I answered both thoroughly and honestly. After submitting, it said "powered by Dynata" and I groaned. And then I was told by Survey Junkie yet again, "Sorry, you don't qualify for this survey." I find it strange that I cannot qualify for any Dynata surveys at all. Every single one disqualifies me. I'm done with them, and now SSI Surveys as well. They're awful.
