A Cisco CCDE in need...
I'm always been asked to design complex networks and, as a freelance CCDE, I very rarely have access to the kit before the implementation so being able to lab something up is invaluable.
Dymanips are the only place i've found that has everything you need in one place and at a very cheap price.
I had a few issues, of my own causing, but support was still willing to help me until I was up and running.

Availability of images is great
The availability of the images and appliances is good - having a bit of problem setting it up on multiple computers to simulate multi-homed bridges between machines. These files are huge. Getting there, and if I can make this work in the home lab, I may see about adopting a similar setup for the office to peer review network wide setups for training
