Had a fab sports massage with Rachel. Feel sooo much better now and muscles much less tight. Highly recommended.

My son had an initial assessment with Rachael and she was amazing. She was engaging and kept him motivated. Her knowledge of golf fitness is great as she can demonstrate and talk you through what difference the strength and conditioning makes towards your game.

Rachel is superb - whole heartedly recommend. Had terrible neck and arm pain. After the massage it has practically gone. After a few more am sure will be back to normal

Rachael was really welcoming. Went through everything in detail and got the balance of encouragement perfect- she’s not a drill sergeant but you’re not getting off lightly either!
The TPI assessment was really thorough and the app set up has been easy.

Rachel’s in-depth knowledge and her technique in my sports massage soon got to the problem area on my shoulders. She then sent me away with exercises to do to help the process. Definitely would recommend and I will be going back again soon.

Rachael is helping me stay pain free and able to train for The Yorkshire marathon. She always knows exactly where the issue is and isn't afraid to change approach if she finds an area of concern. I highly recommend her services.
