Dylanstephenpens Arvostelua

I sold my pens through Steve, and the whole process was easy and straightforward. Communication was excellent throughout, and I was paid very quickly. Thank you for such a smooth and efficient service, I'd highly recommend.

This is definitely the company to use if you have a high quality pen to sell. I have never experienced such prompt service from a company and was very satisfied with the offer made for my Mont Blanc pen. I posted the pen SD as advised on a Tuesday afternoon and the money was in my bank account mid morning the next day. It is often daunting to sell online but Steve made it a simple straightforward process and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

Brilliant service and communication.
I had Mont Blanc pens to sell and found Dylan Stephen on line. From first contact through WhatsApp it took 2 days to deliver the pens and receive the payment into my bank. Very clear process and instructions from Steve.
Highly recommend.

I really liked dealing with Steve at DylanStephen. Very straightforward, easy to deal with, told me what he was interested in and not interested in, gave me a price and then paid the money into my account the same morning that he received the pen. I wish that more people were this straightforward and efficient!

Quick, easy and friendly service from start to finish, Quick communication on what’s app with all clear instructions given, pen sent via royal mail special delivery and received by Steve the next day, payment made within hours. Thank you so much, it’s not often you receive good service these days.

Great selection of pens, and excellent service. Had an issue with my second order, and Stephen was incredibly helpful in getting it addressed and sorted. Highly recommended.

I enquired about a Conway Stewart pen I had for sale and received a Very swift response after filling in the contact form. An offer was made and I accepted and instructed on the safest option of posting. The money arrived straight in my bank upon delivery of the item
Would definitely recommend using this buyer!
One very happy customer..

Prompt communication, a fair price offered, clear instructions, prompt payment. I did look at selling my pen on eBay or similar, and maybe I could have got a little more for it. I opted to try Dylan Stephen Pens as it might be easier and it was a great choice. I sent the pen via Special Delivery and the money was in my account this morning. I'm really happy with the whole process.

Exceptional experience. Excellent communication, very fast shipping, prompt responses, and very helpful in resolving any issues. I will purchase from this seller again in the future.

This is the third time that I have sold pens to Dylan Stephen and, as previously, everything has gone perfectly. Very courteous and efficient. Fair price offered and immediate payment. Many thanks!

Prompt service and true to word, offer made within a short time from sending pictures. An acceptable offer was made . From sending pictures to receipt of payment was 2 days. Very satisfied with service and recommend this firm.

Very good company to deal with, good communication and a simple process, that Steve guided me through. Payment received very promptly. I reached out to two other businesses, but these were far and away the best.

Excellent and detailed work by Stephen so I would highly recommend his business. A good sense of humour too, making business a pleasure.

This is a fantastic company to do business with. Responses from Steve were superquick and for selling my pen it was a smooth and easy process. Payment was made to bank account immediately and overall I rate this company 5*plus.
