I am extremely dissatisfied with the…
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Direct Freight Express for the delivery of my chair. Despite placing the order on June 2nd, I have not yet received the item as of June 12th. It is frustrating to see that the tracking records indicate "Not Delivered - Check Address," even though I provided the correct address.
On the day of the expected delivery, I stayed at home all day, eagerly waiting to receive the shipment. However, there was no doorbell ring, and I received no phone call to confirm the delivery. Subsequently, the daily tracking records only show "Depot Scan," and I am left uncertain as to whether I will ever receive my new chair.

Bought the DXRacer Master Series so I’d have somewhere comfortable to sit while I play my guitar in front of the computer, definitely a chair worthy of the name it’s so comfortable with so many adjustments!
