Go quiet when you ask for a refund
My young daughter placed an order 20th June. There package timeframes do not correspond with their website. Chased order as nothing received. Still waiting for her refund. Logged with bank and have emailed them. Gone quiet. do not use them. Eventually heard back owing to this post and now they have threatened to take action against me as I have put my opinion on Trustpilot
As I have stated the truth that no refund
for our unreceived goods has been received. This is my opinion and in the UK you are not breaking any law for stating facts. I will keep on until my daughter is refunded. I will not be threatened . 1st August and still no refund. Had to log with bank. Defo scammers

First of all, delivery takes super long like insanely long. Second, if you buy with Klarna you will have a lot of problems with them. If you open a chargeback in Klarna (if you pay in 30 days) they say, that you should close it because it is having negative effects on their business and that Klarna could close their shop or give them a warning. Which is not true. You can look that up in Klarnas policy. After countless emails they still stand on they point. Third, the communication is not good, they lie a lot and are confused. In one of my emails regarding "Returning the item", I said that Klarna does not charge a fee for the chargeback with evidence. They responds was: "Thank you for taking the chargeback back" WHICH NEVER HAPPEND. I didnt take it back. They just ignored it and after few days PROCEDED to cancel the chargeback and complain (This was the 2 chargeback I opened). Fourth, it is insane that you need to pay ca. 30€ to return the item but moreover it's insane that they are having the wrong address in the Return Policy letter and after sending it back, they just declined the package. In the letter is an Italian adress but they want it to be shipped to China. Also they never said "dont ship it to Italy we will not take it". Last, the hoodie itself is not like advertised. It is shown to be baggy and not straight down and being able to close it. I couldn't close it. It was straight and was not a hoodie that is hoodieng (those who know get it). To sum it up, they are a terrible business and DONT BUY FROM THEM! (Excuse me for my grammar)

Misleading Products and Ridiculous Return Fees
I’m really disappointed with my order. The hoodies I received looked nothing like what they advertise on their social media — the quality, fit, and overall look were completely different and felt cheap compared to what was shown online.
To make things worse, they’re charging me €28 just to return them, which is more than half of what I paid for the hoodie. I shouldn’t have to pay such a high fee to return something that wasn’t as described in the first place. Definitely not a good experience and I won’t be ordering from them again.

Scammers.
I ordered these hoodies at the beginning OF MARCH. We’re now in June. I had to send them an email regarding whether my hoodies got sent out. Turns out they hadn’t as they didn’t ship to Canary Islands, it’s fine these things happens. But then I had to keep sending them emails with a new English address, to which they tell me they’re updating my order and sending it out to which they still haven’t done. Coincidentally they now don’t seem to reply to my emails regarding getting my money back. It’s an absolute scam. If I don’t get my money back soon I will be taking legal action. I don’t want the hoodies anymore I want my 60 euro.

I ordered two items and got ZERO proper notification when they arrived at the pickup shop—so they were sent back. Fine, mistakes happen. But what’s NOT okay is that I’ve contacted Duucy multiple times asking them to resend the order… and they’ve completely ghosted me.
No reply. No help. Nothing.
So now I’m $50 down with no items, no refund, and no customer service. At this point, who even knows if the sweaters were ever sent??
Worst experience I’ve had in a long time. Avoid.

Ewiger Versand, noch NIE so ein billiges Zeug gesehen. Wir haben die Spiderman-Hoodys gekauft, riesiger Fehler! Bitte kauft dort nicht ein. Es ist nicht mal ein Markenlogo drin, nur richtig schlecht angenäht die Größe. Also ich hab mal geschaut und man kann den Hoody 1zu1 genau so bei AliExpress kaufen. Sicherlich wurde dort auf Masse bestellt und nun für teuer weiterverkauft..

wir respektieren jede Meinung, möchten jedoch einige Aussagen richtigstellen.
Unsere Produkte werden nicht von AliExpress bezogen. Die Behauptung, dass unsere Hoodies „1:1“ von AliExpress stammen, ist schlicht falsch und wird durch keinerlei Beweise gestützt. Auf Marktplätzen wie AliExpress findet man Nachahmungen praktisch aller bekannten Designs und Produkte – das bedeutet jedoch nicht, dass die Originalquelle dort liegt. Nach derselben Logik könnte man behaupten, Luxusmarken würden ihre Produkte von AliExpress beziehen, nur weil dort ähnliche Artikel angeboten werden.
Bezüglich des Labels: Nicht jedes Kleidungsstück benötigt ein großes Markenetikett, um authentisch zu sein. Produktqualität und Design sollten anhand des tatsächlichen Produkts bewertet werden, nicht anhand der Größe eines Logos.
Es tut uns leid, dass das Produkt nicht Ihren persönlichen Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Subjektive Vorlieben hinsichtlich Material, Passform oder Stil sind jedoch etwas anderes als die Behauptung, ein Produkt sei falsch beschrieben oder stamme von einem völlig anderen Anbieter.

I ordered 2 hoodies which were fine but on the website it did not specify what material the hoodies were made of so I naturally thought it would be good quality but to my surprise it is made out of 99% POLYESTER (I knew because it said so on the tag) which discussed me how can a product be priced at 60€ and be made out of god damm plastic. Very disappointing

Ich würde am liebsten 0 Sterne geben. Ich warte seit dem 19. Dezember (heute ist der 29. Januar) auf meine Bestellung. Als ich diese dann heute ausgepackt habe, hätte di Enttäuschung nicht größer sein können. Der Stoff ist nicht so dick wie zu erwarten war und zu 95% aus Polyesta. "Man stinkt wie ein Illtis". Aber auch die restliche Verarbeitung (Reißverschluss, etc.) Lässt deutlich zu wünschen übrig

Regarding shipping: orders placed in December experienced exceptional delays due to Black Friday and the Christmas period. This was communicated and does not reflect our standard delivery times.
