Fantastic service, sorted in a week.. Amazing

For a really nominal fee and a really easy form to fill out, Duty Refunds did all the work for me, in a reasonable amount of time, and got my money back. I would 100% recommend anyone to try this to get customs fees back when they've, for instance, returned a product to another country like me. (Unfortunately I was charged by the other country as well on the return, and Duty Refunds can't really help me there, but at least I got the UK fees back.) I would probably never have attempted to do all the paperwork myself and would have been over £70 out of pocket from the UK fees (not including the admin fee from UPS which I can't get back...) Would use again without a doubt.

Absolutely amazing team and communication, especially considering the task was very taxing and I couldn’t have done it on my own. They offered to answer any questions I had, however I didn’t understand the process enough to have any questions in the first place. 5 stars, very trustworthy. Highly recommend!!!

After being overcharged VAT on goods that had been returned to the EU, I tried to start the process of claiming this back online myself. Even with all the appropriate information, this was very confusing.
I therefore decided to use Duty Refunds, who processed the same information and had the refund due to me back in my account within 22 days. The small fee was well worth it. Superb service throughout.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this company - to think I’ve seen reviews complaining about what I consider a very (very) small 15% commission for a job that would’ve taken ages. The communication was effortless and they took care of everything from start to finish. Thank you guys!

From start to finish the service was excellent. I purchased an item whilst in the UK however the refund process commenced when I returned to Australia. From the outset the communication was excellent, I didn’t have to chase DutyRefunds they kept me informed throughout the process.
