Geleverde object was uitstekend en was conform de website. De levering was razendsnel en goed verpakt. Enkel hoe je bij de volgende bestelling 10% korting kunt krijgen volgens het meegeleverde voucher is me tot heden onduidelijk gebleven.

I bought an Ashahi Pentax 105 f2.8. The quality of the glass in the lens is excellent and lens works as specified.

Shiipping was quick and packed well. I definitely will be buying more classic lenses.

L'oggetto ordinato (un obiettivo vintage Asahi SMC-Takumar 200 f/4) è arrivato dai Paesi Bassi all'Italia in pochi giorni, ben imballato, completo di paraluce originale e custodia originale. L'obiettivo è praticamente perfetto, sembra nuovo. Lenti senza nessuna traccia, barilotto in metallo lucidissimo e senza segno alcuno. Nessun gioco. Messa a fuoco (manuale) fluida e di giusta durezza. La custodia di plastica è un po' rovinata dall'età, ma considerando che è arrivata praticamente "in regalo" (non era indicata nell'offerta) è stata comunque una apprezzata sorpresa.

Adquiri uma Olympus OM 300mm f/4.5 (que veio com bolsa/caixa dedicada ! Não esperava a oferta...). A objetiva parece-me muito boa, é-me útil e vinha muito bem acondicionada. A entrega (pela GLS), foi feita num parceiro/loja (à minha escolha...), na minha cidade e correu tudo muito bem!

Ik had helaas eerst een lens gekocht waar er sprake was van een duidelijke interne waas (haze) in de lens. Hierdoor waren alle gemaakte foto's melkachtig en was er nagenoeg geen contrast aanwezig.
Ik nam contact op met hun klantendienst waar ik vrijwel meteen reactie kreeg. Ik kon het defect bewijzen waarna ze hun fout toegaven en ik zelfs de lens niet meer moest terug te sturen! Ik kreeg de keuze tussen een aantal andere lenzen of een waardebon. Ik kocht meteen een andere lens die door hun uiteraard dubbel en dik gecheckt werd. De hele tijd werd ik vriendelijk en vlot aangesproken. Beide leveringen gingen ook zeer vlot, met een realtime track en trace 👍
Ondanks deze tegenslag, toch super tevreden van DutchThrift! En hun vriendelijke klantenservice!

I am still in shock at how incredible DutchThrift were. I purchased an Olympus Pen EE which upon arrival, unfortunately, had the red flag up all the time - so the automatic settings were not working. This is a common issue with this series, due to the selenium cell, however since they service their cameras before listing I was a bit sad when it wasn’t working.
I wrote sharing what was happening, and Niek replied super fast - we tried doing some testing and it confirmed that it was probably an issue with the selenium cell (or a cold joint sold).
I was super disappointed as I loooooved the camera - it had a really cold cold shoe attachment. Very quickly Niek suggested a different camera from the website - a Pen EE-S - and posted it same day, free of charge.
It just arrived and the selenium cell is confirmed working!!!
DutchThrift now have a client for life, and I’ve recommended them and their service to all my photographer friends.

In the power winder I bought, the battery compartment cover with the contact points was missing. Because of this, the power winder is unusable, despite the description in the listing stating that it is “fully functional.” Please see the excerpt below:
