We’d like to clarify that this situation concerns a single order from Brazil, for which the customer provided incorrect shipping information and refused to pay the applicable import duties. All relevant details regarding international shipping, customs, and responsibilities are clearly stated on our website.
Despite our efforts to contact the customer by email, we received no response. Communication was further complicated as the customer only speaks Portuguese and did not respond in time when we requested the correct shipping details.
Additionally, this is the second 1-star review posted by the same customer regarding this single order, which goes against Trustpilot’s guidelines of one review per experience.

Zeer behulpzaam
Had een tijd geleden een verkeerde schoen besteld maar was bang dat ik ze niet terug kon sturen. Ze Zijn erg behulpzaam en meedenkend geweest. Heb netjes andere schoenen mogen uitkiezen. Het contact was ook erg goed er werd steeds snel terug gereageerd op mij. Ze zijn top!
