The support staff were able to access my system and they diagnosed the issue and adjusted my settings. They then ran a couple of tests to confirm things were working. I then ran out a test and they had indeed resolved the issue.

They basically did everything for me and then told me which settings they had changed. Now everything works perfectly. I really appreciate the Pro version, which allows for much more customization. Really excellent service at a great price. Migrated my Wordpress site from Godaddy Deluxe Hosting cPanel to Google Cloud Platform virtual machine instance running Wordpress. They were totally knowledgeable and very patient with me while I was learning the GCP platform and issues with SSL on the fly. The set up my site on a temp server of their own, to show that it could be done and that also gave me the confidence to cancel my Godaddy subscription prior to completing the migration to GCP. I had a problem backing up a fairly large (400+ MB) WordPress site to OneDrive.

I emailed support and it was fixed in a few hours.

The slight downside is I have struggled with their licencing in the past.
