Well, I was going to leave a scathing review because I thought I'd been scammed. I saw all the other reviews and I got mad. I lost my registration and asked them for it, they gave me an old one and not what I needed. Then, the conversation shut down for a couple of days. That really sealed it. Then, out of the blue, they popped back up and gave me the right registration and some money back. What took so long was they were trying to track down the other registration. I bought something and basically traded it in for something else, long story. The point is, they have amazing software and they came through for me.

I had exactly the same experience as Lee H (see his review): it simply didn't work with my GPU. Customer service was courteous but simply offered alternative builds that also didn't work. When I asked for my money back, they simply ghosted me. Avoid.

I had made a mistake in my purchase. Reached out to their support email. Responded within 1 business day. Fixed all my mistakes for me. Recommended DVD Ripper software working very well for me. Thanks

It’s a scam. The software is real it just doesn’t work very well, you might get lucky but for more complex/newer dvds it doesn’t work. Their so called “money back guarantee “ isn’t worth the screen it’s written on… they’ll humor you by saying oh try this version etc but in the end they’ll just ignore your emails

I purchased Dumbofab Blu-ray Ripper. The process of buying was easy enough. It is successfully ripping my Blu-rays and DVDs to MKV with little effort, and is fairly fast too.

I purchased Blu Ray Ripper 36-hours ago and I get an error when I try activating using the registration code they provided. I tried all options they provide on their website and it still didn't work so I emailed them regarding the issue. They claim to GUARANTEE a response within 24-hours. It has been 36 hours since I emailed and still no response.

* FOLLOW UP *
It took 2 days but they did finally get back to me and Blu Ray Ripper is working great. Speed-wise it blows doors over HandBrake. Anyhow, I'm still irked about the 24-hour customer service "GUARANTEE" but am pleased with the software so far.

Swiftly responded to my own mistake of buying a license for the wrong tool. Within a day I had a replacement license for the right one. No additional charges, wrong license was cancelled and problem solved.

Lily found my error and corrected it with alacrity.

I ordered the DVD Tool lifetime license.

It takes hours to copy a DVD into an ISO file. The second DVD was supposed to take 23 hours. I cancelled the process. 2 days later I complained about it and said want the promised refund. Then, after being asked to do so, I sent the log files to support 5 days later I received a response saying I had canceled the copy process. yes, I didn't want to copy for 23 hours.I wrote again: I wanted a refund. I haven't received any money, response, or support except for the response to the submitted data, that I cancelled the copying process. Yes, I cancelled it, because it was supposed to take 23 hours.

I found Blu Ray Ripper from Dumbofab to be a great, easy and fast way to Rip Dvds and Blu Ray discs. Jessie has been wonderful to work with and I love the way they respond to product suggestions and future updates.

The company and products come highly recommended!

Customer service is great, takes feature requests and (if a paid software owner), will help implement those features.
This product just works! It can get dvd's ripped that cant even be played in a dvd player and rip without issues!
I didn't think this would work so well, but to be able to rip and convert a dvd in the time it normally takes to just rip it is great. Thanks for the GPU encoding option, very efficient and very fast!

I downloaded and tried out DumboFab DVD Ripper and found it fantastic, fast and very easy to use. Then I went to rip a Blu-ray and realised of course I should've bought Blu-ray Ripper (that also rips DVDs) I sent DumboFab Sales an email and they sent me back a very simple way to upgrade me to Blu-ray Ripper just for the difference in original cost. I thought this was extremely good service and I'm very happy with the software. It's the easiest I've found for archiving my collection of DVDs and Blu-rays. Highly recommended by me.

I´ve been using Dumbofab the trial version ofVideo Converter Ultimate and found it to be the best on of the ones I´ve used. I have a large collection of dvd´s and blu-ray´s and make a clips of them for my own enjoyment, and dumbofab has by far been the best program to handle all my needs on this front.
When I decided to actually pay for the product, I made an error and contacted Dumbofab. Answer came quickly and the solution was quite satisfactory. Great product, great customer service. Isn´t that nice.

Software works as described. Easy to use for MacOS. Customer service was been very responsive.

I have had Dumbofab for about 2 years. I find the product works with a DVD/BLU-RAYS in my library. I have an older system running Windows 11, Dumbofab works every time. Customer service get back to me if I have any questions.

They sell unfinished and unusable programmes and promise ‘30 days money back if you don't like it’, but if you complain, you are put off and asked for pointless demands for some kind of log. The most lazy and unfriendly company I know!

Dumbofab is good software to rip and convert DVD and Blueray to many formats. The UI is easy to use.
