I notified the company that my branding iron was not sent to me as ordered. They had me send pictures of the iron I received and then promised to send me a replacement. I have not received a replacement as promised and they have not responded to my inquiries.

Scam
Scam! Do not send them any money! Ordered a custom electric brand with a stand for a birthday gift for my son. They sent me a logo that was horribly wrong! I reached out and told them what I received. I was told to send them pictures of what I received and the order number. I did and it's been 3 weeks without any further communications from them! $250 dollars stolen! This company is a Quack! Buyer Beware.

I ordered a food brand for my son-in-law for Christmas, the first draft was incorrect, I emailed them and told them it was wrong. I never heard back from them and the next email I receive is that the order has shipped. I have yet to receive my order What a SCAM company they should be investigated.

Horrible Customer Service
I placed an order for my son's name to be on his blanket. When I realized the name was misspelled I emailed them right away and never got a response from them. I tried emailing them on multiple platforms they have and no one answered. Got the blanket today and the name is still misspelled. Even emailed them from the card they sent and still haven't heard anything back. Very disappointed.

Super cute onesie for baby! My baby just started fitting into 0-3 months but this will only fit for a week or two since it runs on the small side for the size range.

Cute but color is off
I ordered this for my new nephew. I ordered it in black and the color is more like a really dark brown a little disappointing but the quality seems good and the design turned out great.
