Fast delivery and excellent customer…

Fast delivery and excellent customer service. I purchased the celtic sea salt and it tastes lovely. Very reasonably priced also.

Excellent service

I got an email very quickly after ordering to say one of my products was unavailable but they could substitute it or refund me. Order arrived promptly. No messing about. Very good experience

My 2nd time to purchase these lovely…

My 2nd time to purchase these lovely products. Excellent communication, one of my items were not in stock. A member of the team emailed to inform me, inform of the date produced would arrive in store and an offer of an alternative. When I had some questions around the alternative product the response was prompt. Excellent quality products. Will be a returning customer for many years to come.

Order sorted

My order was delivered to a neighboring business, as my post box is probably too small for the package. But Dublinspiceco sorted it quickly.
Great product, apologies for my initial bad rating.

I probably ordered at a bad time

I probably ordered at a bad time, given the storms that cropped up after I clicked the button, but I got a request to review *before* my articles had arrived. This did not make me feel well. I was also not given a tracking number, so I had no idea where my order was.

That said: I got a bunch of whole vanilla beans, they are vacuum sealed, and I am looking forward to using them in a myriad of ways.
