Being at the agreed pickup points at the agreed times. Communication is always excellent, usually via WhatsApp, but by direct phone call if necessary, particularly as I forgot to turn on my mobile data when we landed this time. They clearly keep an eye on return flight times as we landed almost an hour early an they were there waiting. This was the third time we used them and the third time their service has been beyond excellent. Would we use them again, unquestionably yes. The thought of getting behind the wheel after a fourteen hour flight I now find terrifying.

We love the seating arrangement of sitting opposite each other, ease of getting into and out of the vehicle with the signature step . Excellent service from Dubars for our holiday taxi to and from Manchester airport. They were efficient, professional and friendly. We travelled with our two sons who are 3 and 5 years old and Dubars helped to make the journey stress free!
