When I got the machine home they were so easy to communicate with to get everything setup and running. It was easy to install and this machine is a workhorse! Love it, thank you!

I’ve been working with DTFPrinterUSA and honestly, it’s been a great experience from the start. I ordered everything through them—a UV printer, a DTF printer, a heat press, plus all the supplies like DTF ink, UV ink, film, and powder. It’s been so convenient having one place that covers it all.

What really impressed me was their customer service. Anytime I had a question or needed help, they got back to me right away—super responsive and always helpful. They also offered training, which made getting everything up and running much easier than I expected.
