D-Store Manchester Arvostelua 

I went in to simply purchase a jacket. One I had seen online. So. It was simply a case of going in and trying it on. But. It wasn't that easy ! !
Having initially tried my preferred jacket on, came to the conclusion, it wasn't fitting me. The arms were just too tight. Soooo.... after trying multiple other jackets on, 'we' then experimented removing the inner lining out on several jackets.
After what seemed, even for me, an eternity of being in the shop, 'we' tried my jacket of choice with the lining removed. Meantime, my dad had dozed off twice, disappeared to have a shave and re-tax his motor, being in there that long!!
I, then decided, after 'muchous' messing about, of which was not intended whatsoever. I just could not feel happy in the jacket, on the first or twenty first fitment!!
I actually then went and decided I will have it!
Much to the relief of my dad who was now wishing he had taxed the motor for 12 months and not 6 !!!
I then said... hey presto. I will take the jacket I tried on 1st !!
Having noted though, in my defence, the lining was and is actually a lot wider than the jacket which was restrictive on my arms. Upon removing this and the realisation it was a reasonable fit, after maybe now 700 miles, is extremely comfortable.
So I the least I could do to pay my gratitude back is leave a 'short' review.
To the owner/manager, thank you very, very much for the discount. To the adorable, lovely young lady who helped me tremendously, you're a gem woman. Thank you x.

There was a tiny mistake with the delivery as it went to Nottingham an I live in Devon, I was contacted by the store an told about it,it was sorted out very swiftly by the store an I got my helmet the next day.

I recently had a wonderful experience at the Dstore Manchester branch. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the outstanding service provided by a young staff member named Ryan. He greeted me warmly and showed genuine enthusiasm for his job, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Despite arriving close to closing time on a Monday at 5pm, Ryan and his team went above and beyond by offering us hot beverages for our group of five. Ryan took the time to carefully explain the various levels of protection available and the benefits of each option. He patiently answered all of my questions and even provided valuable information that I hadn't considered before. Ryan also helped me find the right sizes and explained what to look for in terms of a proper fit for riding gear.

In the end, I made several purchases including body armor, Dianese leather pants and gloves, and a brake disc lock. Ryan offered me a great deal, and I left the store feeling extremely satisfied.

The store itself is well-stocked with a variety of notable brands, including RST. It's clear that they take pride in offering a wide range of options to their customers.

I want to highlight Ryan's dedication to customer service as well. Despite the store closing, he stayed behind until close to 7pm to ensure that I received the assistance I needed.

Overall, my experience at Dstore Manchester was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to bikers of all levels of experience. You can expect great deals and excellent customer service when you visit.

First time I’ve dealt with this company and I’m delighted with the value and service I’ve received.

I ordered a jacket & trousers and when they arrived the jacket had a manufacturing fault i phoned up and spoke to a very nice lady called Jan and she was brilliant . I was on a tight time scale due to a up coming trip Jan got me my jacket packed & out to me very next day i cant praise the level of customer service highly enough this is my go to store for sure
