I have purchased from destructive. Great clothing but I only buy when it's reduced prices. I don't feel the prices should be that high, with the competition out there. Also they cannot give specific information of when something will be back in stock which is very annoying.

„Absolut enttäuschender Shop! Es kann nicht sein, dass Kunden so abgezogen werden. Man bestellt Kleidung, um erstmal zu schauen, ob sie passt und gefällt – genau dafür gibt es schließlich Rücksendungen. Wenn man dann etwas zurückschickt, wird man mit extrem hohen Gebühren und einem schlechten Rücksendeservice bestraft. Das ist einfach kundenunfreundlich und wirkt nur noch wie reine Abzocke. Andere Shops aus der UK, wie zum Beispiel Illicit Bloc, bekommen das deutlich besser hin und bieten fairen Service ohne solche übertriebenen Kosten. Werde hier definitiv nicht nochmal bestellen und kann den Shop leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen.“

People order clothes to see if they fit and look good first — that’s the whole point of online shopping and returns. If something doesn’t fit and you send it back, you get punished with ridiculously high fees and a terrible return service. It honestly feels like a complete rip-off and very anti-customer. Other UK shops like Illicit Bloc handle this much better and offer fair returns without charging customers unfairly. Definitely won’t order here again and cannot recommend this shop at all.”

We’re sorry you feel disappointed with the return experience. We do understand that customers order online to check fit and style at home, and we fully support returns when items are unworn, in their original packaging, and sent back through our returns process.
In this case, your return was received and your refund was processed. The amount not refunded relates to the return label cost and the import duties/taxes attached to the order. These are not a penalty or an added charge from us after the fact, but costs connected to an international return.
We appreciate that this can feel frustrating when nothing from the order is kept, but we do have to apply the same returns process consistently for all customers. We’re not able to remove or refund these costs on an individual goodwill basis where the same terms apply to everyone.
We have replied to your support tickets with the refund details and PayPal reference, and if PayPal is still showing the refund as pending, it can normally take 5-7 working days to fully show in the account.
Great experience shopping with them!
Customer service was good at solving problems and was very understanding. Their points system is quite good as well along with the discounts available so that pricing is affordable. The quality of their clothing is really good beacuse it’s soft and comfortable and versatile for different weathers. Their fit is also really nice as well.

Cropped Zip Hoodie
I ordered the cropped zipped hoodie, fits so good, quality is unreal. 420gsm and it will last for ages! Definitely buying more. The dark mocha is great btw

Super fast delivery. Was a little on the pricier side however all of the clothes had a premium feel to them so I can’t complain! You get what you pay for. The quality is definitely there!

Great quality and hoodies that fit well unlike so many other brands!
Been looking for ages to find quality minimalist hoodies with actual quality and finally found them with this brand.
The hoods themselves are heavyweight and sit really nicely instead of the typical “floppy” hoods you get on average hoodies. The hoodie itself fits perfectly and looks so much classier than most, and at a fair cost in my opinion.
Also got a jumper which I’ve received multiple compliments on already, and everything is super comfortable and as described/advertised.
Order was super fast and came within 2 days.
Will definitely be ordering more and would 100% recommend to anyone.
