Just concluded my Door Supervisor course with DS Education from the 22nd to the 27th of June, 2026.
I can honestly say the training was worth the time and the money.

Our trainer did an exceptional job. He was very professional and compassionate. He was also very experienced, communicating theoretical knowledge with practical applications and real-life experiences. He made the learning fun and very educational.

The venue was also very conducive to the learning experience. The surroundings were quiet, and the classrooms and toilets were always clean and tidy.

DS Education were very hospitable from day one. They ensured quick inquiry responses, up-to-date course content and best practices, and top-notch hospitality, with daily snack provisions and intermediate learning breaks. Also, exam procedures were very efficient, with results available the same day and retakes offered the same day if possible. The certificates also get sent within 2 working days of completion, which is great.

Overall, the training was worth every penny, and I would highly recommend DS Education to anyone interested in the courses they offer.

I have recently completed my CCTV training. My onboarding was smooth and the training staff, instructions and center setup here was really professional.

Throughout the training the center staff had different preparation practices put in place which were very helpful and these allowed me to pass my assessment exam. A team of professionals who support you before during and after providing their services. I have not come across a lot of institutes giving such high level of support. Highly recommended for all the courses they are offering. The quality of instruction is also of higher level.

Had my PI license renewal with DS, and I must say the process was seamless, communication and reception was really good. The entire service was excellent. Also got my PI license renewed in less than 3days. Thanks to Abdul and Adam very lovely gentlemen.

DS Education, best place to go to for any of your SIA courses as they offer the most help during the course and also once you’ve finished they help you find work. I just concluded a 2 days CCTV course and my experience during that period was really good. especially the atmosphere which is really convenient for learning in which the training took place it was an amazing environment and the staff were top professionals and serious minded individuals that’s want the best for every student over all I will surely recommend any one that want to go into SIA industry to try getting their training from DS EDUCATION

I had a fantastic experience with Ds Education from the start to the end of my door supervisor course. I had the best teacher Mr Abdul who was very elegant and patient at all times. The service was incredible and was 10x worth for what I paid for it, I really recommend everyone who is trying to get into any security sector to come in and do it here. Trust me it’s worth it and thanks for making me have this great experience which also really built my confidence.

I’m very satisfied. The staff of DS education is extremely helpful. The reason why I said extremely because they see your weak points and they go extra mile to help you to pass the exam. Very friendly environment.

Definitely recommended!!! I did the door supervisor top up course over the 9th and 10th of May. Abdul the trainer was near enough perfect at his job and was extremely patient with those who had trouble understanding certain things. The site was easy to find and easy to access too. I’d definitely recommend DS Education to everyone because of their professionalism, their warmth in welcoming all types of people, their understanding plus so much more. They had snacks and beverages available to all of us at all times and even gifted us with food on the last day! It was by far the best priced course I could find and is definitely worth more than what they charge. I received my certificate the next day and got the exam results as soon as the exam was over which was a great peace of mind.

I completed the SIA Emergency First Aid at Work and Door Supervisor Course with DS Education from April 27th to May 2nd, and I genuinely had a great experience. From the first day, the trainer, Abdul Wadood, created an atmosphere that was relaxed, supportive, and easy to learn in. He explained everything clearly, shared real‑life examples, and made sure everyone felt confident before moving on.

The venue and facilities were comfortable and well organised, which made the long days much easier. What really stood out for me was how professional and approachable the team was throughout the course. It felt like they genuinely cared about our progress, not just about delivering the material.

Getting my results on the same day was a huge relief and a pleasant surprise. It showed how efficient and learner‑focused their process is.

Update (5th May): I received my certificate today, and the quick turnaround really reinforced how organised and committed DS Education is to supporting learners even after the course ends. The communication was clear throughout, and the whole process from training to certification has been smooth and reassuring. Overall, great value for money, and I’m really glad I chose DS Education.

My experience at DS Education is an experience that I will not forget in a hurry, it was quite entertaining, engaging and informative and also their hospitality was top notch, ensuring that their all learners are okay.
