Dryfix Preservation Arvostelua

I decided on Dryfix to survey our house for woodworm after reading good reviews. Russel arrived on time was professional and polite, did the the job thoroughly and provided reassurance. Also a full report was provided afterwards. I would highly recommend Dryfix to anyone looking for a damp/woodworm survey.

When the damp proof course in my small terraced house failed for the second time both the original guarantee and the insurance I had taken out to cover it had expired. It was clear on Russell Rafton’s initial visit that this is a company more interested in identifying the structural causes of a problem rather than in simply treating the symptoms. Russell’s knowledge of the way buildings respond, not just to the weather and environmental conditions, but to the various alterations and “improvements” we make to them was impressive.

The tradesmen who carried out the work were super efficient and did a good deal more than I could reasonably have expected of them, moving heavy items with the same care that they would have shown in their own homes. At no time did it feel as if they were treating my home as a building site (which of course it was). Stephen even took his boots off to carry my sewing machine upstairs for me. As a rather old lady with no family in York I very much appreciated this extra help.

This is our second experience with Dryfix & on both occasions we have been highly delighted with the standard of their work the friendliness & professionalism of their staff; not to mention how cleanly they worked & took every precaution to disrupt our household.

Definitely the best builders we have ever had do work for us. Not only do they turn up when they say they will, they also do an extremely professional job. They even tidy up after themselves!

Unlike other builders who seem to spend most of the day on their mobile phones, Dryfix employees just get on with the work.

We highly recommend them for all damproofing and for general building works too.

We can’t fault our experience with this company. From the moment we first contacted them by telephone to arrange a survey, through to the completion of the job, Russell and the team were pleasant, professional and thorough. We can highly recommend them.
Thank you.

Russell and the dryfix team have carried out a range of different jobs for myself and l can’t fault them. Fantastic workmanship, clear explanations, not pressured, clean and respectful of property while work been carried out great communication and amazing customer service can’t recommend highly enough!

Brilliant service Highly recommend!

Russell and his team have been so very professional they did a damp survey on a house we were about to buy and he revealed a load of problems that had not even occurred to us, saving us Thousands of pounds.
The survey they performed was so detailed absolutely amazing.

Dryfix is is the best Damp proof company and we will be Calling on them again when we need them.

Thank you to all the team!

We had problems with wood worm and damp. The survey carried out be Dryfix was thourough, and the proposed plan was clear. The work was extensive, but carried out efficiently and to time. Very impressed with the Dryfix team, and we would recommend their work

Dryfix provided me with an excellent service. In particular, the survey was well worth the reasonable fee. It was comprehensive and the surveyor took time to explain clearly what the problems were and how Dryfix would fix them. This attention to detail stood out in comparison with other companies that I invited to quote. The work was then done to a high standard by a friendly team, who were also happy to explain the steps in the work as they carried it out.
Thank!

Excellent service from start to finish! As first time buyers we contacted Dryfix for a damp/condensation survey. Russel was extremely thorough, professional and friendly, walking us through the substantial damp issues he had found in his survey, explaining all the options we had. The Dryfix team who carried out the repairs were polite, considerate of us and neighbours, and worked extremely hard to complete the job to time to a very high standard. Communication throughout was great. Would highly recommend!
