Drvetionebike Arvostelua 

Estoy muy contenta con mi bici Drvetionbt20 , si es verdad que tuve que desmontar el acelerador porque en España no es legal llevarlo , pero eso es un momento , la bici a la tercera marcha es como si estuvieras acelerando pedaleando lo mismo .
En cuesta no tienes que hacer más esfuerzo que en llano .
La verdad es que te puedes pegar horas de travesía sin problema y la batería te dura bastante aunque veas que en cuesta disminuye por ej del 100 al 80 luego se restablece nuevamente en 90 , por decir algo .
Yo la utilizo para mis excusiones por el pirineo y me puedo hacer 50 km sin ningún problema de batería en un día.
Eso sí , es gigante , la bici es robusta , mido de estatura 1,55 y es llevar un tanque
Y si da seguridad , las piedras se apartan cuando paso!!
Cuando vi esas pedazo de ruedas , dije esto no es una bici … increíble y por menos de 1000 e , es una barbaridad de bicicleta.
Desde el navegador se puede desbloquear a 45 km hora (lo he probado), pero en España lo legal son 25 y he comprobado que no pasa de ahí en caso que no la desbloquees. Es decir si te hacen un control , no pasa de la velocidad indicada y el acelerador se desmonta en un momento. Luego también la batería es extraible y se puede cargar independiente a la bici , eso también es un buen punto a favor. También es plegable para llevarla en coche.
Para el dinero que cuesta está realmente muy bien!! Muy contenta con mi compra !!!

La qualità dei componenti e del montaggio è pessima. Di seguito i problemi riscontrati:
1) Disco dei freni leggermente storto, tocca anche un po' vicino le pastiglie
2) Parafango posteriore storto e impossibile montarlo perchè il supporto si sovrappone leggermente al cambio nella zona della vite, il foro quindi non è allineato ed il parafango tocca sulla ruota.
3) Dopo aver smontato il coperchio del controller è impossibile rimettere le viti, filettatura fatta male.
4) Il fermo della batteria è leggermente più piccolo del foro, il che provoca movimento e rumore di ferraglia durante la marcia
5) Fusibile rotto dopo 30 km, il che potrebbe significare problemi di corrente (tra l'altro durante la carica, il caricabatterie diventa incadescente)
6) La batteria non dura nemmeno la metà di quanto dichiarato
Mille euro (in sconto) è un prezzo esagerato, dovrebbe costare almeno 300, 400 euro in meno per la qualità offerta. Se non fosse per le dimensioni del pacco e per le politiche di reso l'avrei già mandata indietro
7) I raggi delle ruote non sono in tensione, c'è bisogno di portarla in assistenza per farli stringere perchè fanno rumore e potrebbero danneggiare la ruota.
8) Accessori del gift pack non ancora ricevuti dopo 20 giorni

Ik heb een ct20 en ben zéér tevreden.
De gashendel is verboden maar een geweldige hulp bij het weg fietsen heuvel op.
Ook in de bergen geen probleem.
Met zijn brede banden zijn graffel wegen makkelijk begaanbaar en geeft een veilig gevoel
Tevens schokbrekers en zadel is een luxe en heb daardoor geen zadelpijn.

Wat betreft servis : ik had verschillende vragen, gestuurd via e mail en dag erna direct antwoord met uitleg via ytube.

Resumé, geweldige, degelijke fiets met veel extra's voor een redelijke prijs.

Totalmente satisfecho con la compra.
La Bici es muy potente pero puedes limitarla para que no exeda los limites europeos. Estoy realmente satisfecho con los resultados, la bateria dura muchísimo y carga rápido. De hecho muchas personas han sacado fotos a la bici porque la encuentran atractiva y quieren probarla.
He tenido algun inconveniente al montarla o configurarla pero el equipo contestó muy rapido y muy amable. Definitivamente recomiendo esta marca.

My experience with the DRVetion BT-20

On the website, the bike is advertised as 250W, unlockable to 1000W. Unfortunately, this is completely inaccurate, as the power cannot be limited, instead only the speed can. Furthermore, the bike is equipped with a throttle and arrives with it mounted and activated.
The bike is NOT LEGAL in ITALY.
I decided to keep the bike anyway, limiting the speed and disabling the throttle. It's also possible to remove the throttle entirely, but the bike remains ILLEGAL as the motor exceeds 250W.
On the other hand, it's not common practice for the police to stop an e-bike for checks. Problems arise in the event of an accident.

Unfortunately, I found the bike's display to be completely UNREADABLE in bright light. You don't need to be in direct sunlight, just plain daylight. From any angle, the display, set to maximum brightness, is almost always completely unreadable.
Convinced it was faulty, I contacted customer service and sent them two videos clearly showing the display being unreadable. They refused to cooperate. Eventually, they told me I could buy a new screen.

Now there are only two possibilities.
- The first is that they're selling a bike with an unreadable display, and this is unacceptable because using the display is essential when using an e-bike, just think of the level of assistance.
- The second is that customer service refuses to offer after-sales support, and this is even more unacceptable for a product like this.

The bike also has another problem: if it goes up a hill, the battery level drops dramatically by 20-30%. I imagine this is due to the 1000W power, which can't be reduced even when this possibility is advertised.

I also admit that the bike is solid and well-made, but given the problems I encountered, I can't recommend it.

Sul sito la bici è pubblicizzata come 250W sbloccabile a 1000W. Purtroppo questa indicazione è del tutto inesatta in quanto non può essere limitata la potenza ma invece solo la velocità. Inoltre la bici è dotata di acceleratore e arriva con quest'ultimo montato e attivato.
In ITALIA la bici NON E' LEGALE.
Ho deciso di tenere lo stesso la bici limitando la velocità e disattivando l'acceleratore. E' anche possibile rimuovere del tutto l'acceleratore ma la bici resta ILLEGALE in quanto il motore è di potenza superiore a 250W.
D'altro canto non è pratica usuale, da parte della polizia, fermare una ebike per controlli. I problemi nascono in caso di incidente.

Purtroppo ho riscontrato che il display della bici è completamente ILLEGGIBILE se c'è luce. Non serve essere sotto la luce diretta del sole in controluce, basta che ci sia la luce del giorno e da qualunque angolazione il display, impostato alla sua massima luminosità, è quasi sempre del tutto illeggibile.
Convinto che fosse guasto ho scritto al servizio clienti a cui ho inviato ben due video dove si evince chiaramente che il display è illeggibile e si sono rifiutati di collaborare. Alla fine mi hanno detto che posso comprare un nuovo schermo.

Ora le possibilità sono solo due.
- La prima è che vendono una bici con un display illeggibile e questo è inaccettabile perché l'uso del display è fondamentale durante l'uso di una ebike, basta pensare al livello di assistenza.
- La seconda è che il servizio clienti nega l'assistenza post vendita e questo è ancora più inaccettabile per un prodotto del genere.

La bici ha anche un altro problema: se affronta una salita il livello della batteria cala drasticamente del 20-30% e immagino che questo sia dovuto alla potenza di 1000W che non è riducibile quando però è pubblicizzata diversamente.

Ammetto anche che la bici è solida e ben realizzata ma alla luce dei problemi riscontrati non posso consigliarne l'acquisto.

This is the most unhelpful and the support is very bad.the company are so unhelpful and never reply, if they are wrong. they lied to me, then would not help solve my problem. It stinks. And this is not sour grapes. You have been warned.

Advertising on Facebook shows fatbike with acceleration handle, so you don't have to peddle, which is fine for a moped, but not when selling as a bicycle. Their website only has a support number from CHINA, so if EU customers have problems, they can only get help calling a Chinese telephone number. No mention of a physical address anywhere. Reeks of SCAM!

This bike well what can I say the build quality is fantastic The ride is comfortable and the added running day lights is fantastic I have not seen this on other e-bikes unless you paying massive amounts of money Built in brake light works really well and extremely bright I feel safe riding this at night knowing I can be seen by the back light and also when I slow down the brake light I would say that this bike should cost more for the safety features it has The brakes are really good I made a slight adjustment to them and now stop me just as good as Hydraulic brakes This is a all rounder bike good on the roads and good off road
